Food was cold and tasteless Service was alright , staff seem high on themselves and power tripping on newer and younger staff. Place is cold and dirty needs a deep clean

Visited with my wife several days ago and very disappointed. We ordered pizza, wings, and shrimp. The wings were barely warm and absolutely drowned in bbq sauce, so much so that we had to do our best to wipe off the sauce, still too sweet. The pizza, mushrooms, pepperoni and green pepper was not much better. Hardly any mushrooms, the green pepper slices just thrown on the top, barely cooked and the pie crust, bland, flat and akin to cardboard. The breaded shrimp in a so called spice sauce were hardly that. We met a variety of servers, none asked if we needed anything or a refill on the drink. We did asked for some wipes, none materilsed.
The handicap door did not work
Over a $100. With tip. Waste of time and money, clearly a chain that does not care

Waited 40 minutes to find out our order was bumped off the display in the kitchen. Lots of apologies, but still had to wait longer for everything to be made. Still did not see the waitress at all after food was finally brought out. She finally appeared when we were picking at out food. Wings came out under done, pasta bland, garlic bread very greasy. Offered to give a discount, ended up being 30% Was not a busy evening, left very dissatisfied, for what was meant to be a small birthday dinner.

Orderd threw skip the dishes Manger said its not his problem cause i used a third party for ordering food.food was colder then an ice box they forgot the ranch dipping sauce no utensils quality was terrible if I had to say 711 has better food not happy for the amount spent at this chain food place

My first visit was good. Food came out great. Portion was good. Size of chicken sandwich was good. Server was great. Now second time. Server was only in it for the tips. Had a little attitude. Never checked on us. My food was cold. I waited but she never came outside. I was hunger. My 2 year old had to eat and get home for his bed time. So I just ate. She came at the end and asked how was it. I said cold. She said oh sorry I can let them know. Want me to get a manager. I said no I ate it. What can happen now. She said ok and walked away. We wait 10 mins for her to return. Asked for the bill. And mind you at any of these point with empty cups. She never asked hey would you like a refill? Nope didn't care. She came flying back with the machine for us to pay. Watched my wife like a hawk. When she just left the 15% tip after personally deserved nothing. Ripped the machine out of her hand and said have a good night. I looked right at her about to say something she gave me a dirty look and went inside. Which when I walked back in she was talking bad about us to the bar tenders. How unprofessional and such disrespect. You got a 15% and was rude about it. You're luck you got nothing bc if you handed me that machine you would have received nothing.
For this, it really puts a sour taste to even return to this location bc we may have her again.

Food was amazing and our server was so helpful with a recommendation that my wife ended up LOVING (chicken parm with fettuccine in a rose sauce and ceaser salad). I had the pizza and wings which are always spot on.

Went for dinner tonight and it was so cold in restaurant we had to put jackets on, our grandson’s feet were even cold. The food although good got cold before we finished dinner. Felt like cold air blowing constantly. Waiter said he had to wear a sweater as well and he had to move another table to an area that was warmer but they were not any warmer when moved. The washroom was quite warm, maybe normal since restaurant was so cold. Will not go back anytime soon until they switch their heating to winter mode.

Sadly when you not only refuse to fix your broken accessible door buttons but fail to train your staff to be responsive to concerns about said doors, you don't get as far as having the food rated.

We ordered the jambalaya and buffalo mac and cheese both were absolutely amazing! Service was en pointe mind you it wasn't too busy so we got checked on quite often.

Stopped by a nationally promoted franchise for a quick snack. Chicken wings were very small in size. Ordered a 8"pizza and a beer in addition.. , the service was slow, our server was not to be found when we were ready to leave. Found another server, paid the bill and left... Not sure if it this franchise or the Boston Pizza, but I will never return to Boston Pizza. Complete turn off!
