Last Sunday was the gold medal hockey game for the Olympics. Canada VS USA. Boston Pizza decided to offer special drinks as well as an assortment of breakfast choices. Now BPs is not known for breakfast and the restaurant and bar were packed! I wanted to give a shout out to the staff for their fantastic work in ensuring that drinks were kept full and food orders were collected and delivered. In particular I wanted to recognize the kitchen staff - Aaron! With the number of people there and everything cooked from scratch he delivered. Food was super tasty and hit the spot great job everyone!

Great restaurant, the food is delicious and never have to wait long đ I'm not sure how but it feels like each time I bring the family to this location we always get a friendly happy server and the manager Joe has come over to check in on us, not something I see at many restaurants keep it up and I will definitely be back again soon

Just walked out tonight after waiting over 15/20 mins with no server greeting us or taking drink order while multiple servers and hostess walked by....no one even looked at us. Won't be back đ very sad after working a 12 hr shift just wanted a dinner and a drink.. I understand it's a Friday and it seemed steady but to not even greet us or take a drink order is sad

Recently visited the welland Boston pizza location for lunch. Itâs been a long time since Iâve gone to a Boston pizza and had never been to this location I was a little surprised that there werenât many people there at lunch time. I believe there may have only been two other tables at the time and no one else came in while we were there. Someone brought us beverages but then seemed to disappear for an extended period of time. For there being so little people in the restaurant our order took a long time to come out of the kitchen. And it was disappointing. Portions were smaller than I remember and when it arrived it wasnât piping hot but warm, seemed to be sitting for a while (cuz I could see it waiting to be picked up) it was delivered to the table by someone from the kitchen, didnât see our server until we were finished eating. The restaurant looked as though it could have used a good cleaning , again just not like Iâve experienced before from a Boston pizza. I was shocked at the price of lunch and soft drinks taxed out averaged $30 pp!! For a sandwich and friesâŠâŠ Other establishments in the area provide a better atmosphere, better value, and service. I was disappointed in the overall experience, maybe the lack of customers is reflective of this locations overall performance.
I appreciate the âownerâ responding however feel it was your opportunity to address the noted concerns, instead you would like me to repeat the information and feedback provided to the Boston pizza social site !? Really? I have shared with you my opinion and comments to support the review, youâre welcome. Iâm not surprised the response didnât address the review instead it asked the customer to do more to help correct the issues, and I see that is the common response âŠâŠ. If the reviews arenât changing , then your clearly not taking this seriously

Visited and we were lucky to get a table on a weeknight. Two tables were left and we were appreciative. Our server was lovely. We visited tuesday night and She did her best to be attentive and kept our drinks full. Appetizer got out nice hot and within a reasonable time as did our mains. We felt bad the young lady was running around insanely in the dining room and she gave us a pitcher of pop to help with the chaos. If i recalled her name id give her praise 100%. My only flaw was the fries on the plate were mostly raw and the steak had no seasoning but wasnt too conerned. Steak was cooked beautifully on both plates and woth how busy ot was raw fries was least of our worries(we just took them home to air fry).

What an awesome job your location did on Saturday night for my 60th birthday. Abby , our server, was just amazing with everyone. As always the food was excellent and my family will continue to have our events with you. Thank you all
I wasn't impressed with the food after hearing it was a good place to eat and every time someone came or went we were blasted with cold air. Choose your own place to sit with that in mind. My daughter enjoyed her salad, but the nachos and Philly steak wasn't up to par in my opinion.

Was nice to see new items on the menu. The fish tacos were much better back when they used to be on the menu. The size of fish pieces on each of the three tacos were quite small. The coleslaw should be a garnish not the main in the taco shell.
