I wanted to share my experience from a recent visit to Boston Pizza in Walland. I ordered the ribs, the triple play, and the chicken pecan salad, and honestly, the food was fantastic. Everything was cooked well, tasted fresh, and the flavours were spot on. The service was also great—staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. From that perspective, I was really satisfied.
However, the environment left a lot to be desired. The restaurant itself felt poorly maintained. The seats were cracked and torn, and we actually had to ask to move because the condition of the booth we were initially given was just not acceptable. There was sauce smeared on the walls, crumbs and used napkins left on tables, and the overall cleanliness just wasn’t there. It took away from the experience and made it feel a bit unhygienic, which is the last thing you want when you’re out trying to enjoy a meal.
So overall, while I was happy with the food and really appreciated the service, the atmosphere and cleanliness definitely need improvement. If the management could step up the maintenance and cleanliness of the place, I’d gladly come back. But as it stands, it was a mixed experience.

The place was a bit outdated. The seats were ripped and needed to be covered. But the food and the service was great. There were a lot of fruit flies when we were eating.

The food was great—slightly on the pricey side, but that’s expected at Boston Pizza. Service was excellent, and no matter where you sit, there’s a clear view of the game, which made for a great atmosphere. The chili lime dry rub wings were delicious. Overall, a solid spot for good food and a game.

My friend and I had dinner at Boston Pizza after spending time at the arcade next door. It was my first time trying it, and it was better than expected! The pizza was crispy and cheesy, the nachos came in a huge portion, and the fried calamari was super crispy and was gone in minutes. The drinks were solid, and the space is big with a bar and TVs—great spot to hang out with friends or for a casual date!

Had a great waitress, very pleasant and funny. She even took a picture of my daughters tattoo. Cat people, who knew! Great time, she needs a raise. Oh, and the food was good too. 😁

It wasn't a stellar experience, I went with some classmates and there was some issues with the drinks. The server comped the drinks, but something just seemed off about the whole ordeal
It had been a while since we were last at a Boston Pizza. They were short server's tonight. Our Server was also in training. The table didn't get cutlery, we had to ask for it after our food came. We had a difficult time paying as we had a gift card. It was a challenge on how to figure out our to use it. It was an Anycard.ca. Staff weren't aware how to use it. Frankly neither was I. The Corporate people should figure out a simplified way to redeem a gift card, way too much trouble. The bathroom was in disarray, no soap available either. Won't be recommending this location. Corporate Management and local management need to do better.

Good service and good food, but a lot of dirty uncleared tables, and napkins on floor etc when walking in. Must have been short on staff. We almost turned around and walked out. Tables and floors eventually got cleared and cleaned, but first impression walking in was not good.

The food was real good. Accidentally gave us the wrong app but we chose to take it because it looked delicious in which it was. They gave a discount on it too as it wasn’t what we ordered which was nice of them. The main courses came out pretty quick and the server and the one helping her were super pleasant and attentive. Will definitely come back. We always tend to have good experiences here.
