I ordered here veg burger and it was literally soggy and when I asked the representative what is inside burger she was like don’t know, really bad experience

Can’t believe ordering for delivery through Skip and Burger King accepting the order only to have it cancelled because they don’t have what we ordered … what? They don’t have the original chicken in stock or ready for customers to order??? Then why is it on your menu … it’s not like we ordered it at 10 pm… we ordered dinner at 7pm… Great job Burger King! Another customer lost!

I've been coming to this BK location for years, and I always order a double cheeseburger. Every single time, it comes with one slice of cheese. November 11, I place an online order and pick it up in the drive thru. Yet again, my double cheeseburger came with 1 slice of cheese. I went to the Canadian Burger King website and pulled up the double cheeseburger just to be sure, and in the photo it clearly shows 2 slices. I park and go inside to ask the girl working at the counter, she insists it has always only come with one slice. I show her the photo from the website, and she says i'm wrong. The other staff there agreed with her that there's only supposed to be one. I decided to reach out to Burger King Corporate Guest care, and they informed me there ARE supposed to be 2 slices of cheese. So either the staff at this location lie to the customers, or the owners teach the staff to only put 1 slice on the double cheeseburger to save money. So, which one is it?

Worst service
Got my order wrong twice on drive thru
And when went inside for food and they said we are waiting for chicken like waiting for 20-25 minutes getting my food right and when half of the food became cold because of them making wrong sandwich. also everyone was speaking their native language.
Disgusting service and atmosphere
Not coming back again at this location.

In what world is this $0.20 of lettuce that I paid extra for? Both burgers were like this. I’m done with fast food. It’s a hellscape. This location was doing really well after the big renovation with quality food and good promotions, but that’s no longer the case. Been here a few times in the past year and the value is slipping big time.

Frankly I don't even want to give them a star, as far as I'm concerned they definitely do not deserve it! Completely ignorant service... they rush you when ordering through drive thru, and instead of informing the customer that they aren't doing breakfast anymore, they just throw what ever THEY want on your bill, and don't say anything... when I went back into the store, I was unhappy and informed them, and I got YELLED at...are you kidding?? Great customer service guys... ??
