Fantastic food!! Celebrated our birthdays there tonight with a large group of family, everyone absolutely loved the food.
They had birthday balloons set up for us on our table when we arrived and treated us to a fabulous birthday dessert.

Very disappointed. Had Craig as a waiter. Seemed friendly enough, but he clearly could not manage the workload. He brought my wife's appetizer eventually and mine did not come. 30 minutes after I watched the kitchen staff, and likely the owner go out for two smoke breaks, I went to the bar where Craig was doing some calls in a calculator. I asked him "if by chance he forgot my appetizer. He said "that is very possible." He offered no remorse, no sorry, no nothing. He also forgot my wife's water. This is at 50 minutes after we arrived. Not very busy at all. I went back to table and my wife and I decided that CC's did not deserve our business. We asked Craig to bring us the bill for what we had consumed. He said "OK ". Again, no apology...nothing. We were very disappointed after reading positive reviews and seeing the fabulous looking food coming out of the kitchen. I cannot recommend CC's. Don't care how good the food might have been with that lack of appreciation for their customers!!! I think not!!!

The sauce makes it all delicious. Osso Bucco was yummy. Best mozzarella sticks I've ever eaten. We will be back.

My husband and I ate here tonight for the first time. Our waitress was so polite and made sure we were looked after. Our food was amazing. From our appetizer to our main course. Simply delicious. Great place, I am recommending this restaurant to everyone.

We went here unexpectedly as where we wanted to go couldn't accommodate our reservations. We were very surprised of how lovely the staff was and the size of the food portions. The food was great and the prices are very decent. Would highly recommend the mozzarella sticks and lasagna.

CC's Dugout is a true hidden gem! I tried the lasagna, and it was authentic and absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. It’s a fantastic spot to enjoy with friends and family, located by the Shell gas station.

For a Party of ten. The food was amazing. The prices were awesome. The cheese sticks were massive (3 almost the size of the Pillsbury cookie dough rolls) just about everyone had something different and everyone loved it. Our waitress 10/10 the questions she asked to serve us better blew my mind. Never have I met such a thoughtful waitress. The immediate support for accessibility ♿️ just an amazing eatery. Might be a permanent for us.
The food was amazing. All the sauces were homemade and full of flavour. We will definitely be back. Marissa was the highlight of our night! Such a great server! The passion, hard work and dedication her family has poured into this restaurant is evident.

We ordered 4 pasta dishes and the garlic ring. On the way to the door, the Skip delivery guy dropped one dinner. When we called the restaurant they were sympathetic and made another dish. Within 20 minutes they delivered to our door themselves and credited us for the initial loss. Impressive service. Food was excellent. Hot and flavorful! Big portions. We would definitely recommend checking this place out!!

Is it my imagination or had this restaurant gone down a few stars. I have been in Welland 3 years and it was my fav restaurant to go to. Birthdays, celebrations ect. We have family from Hamilton there in May and had 8 people. Two ordered wings ect and im not sure what was in the bottom of the portion but it was like the scrap parts they were hiding. The rest of the meal was delicious except the sticker from the vegetable that was in my friends salad. We said something about the 3 so called wings and waitress said sorry she would bring 3 out. The person in the kitchen said no so end of that. Then went in June to have the nice young guy forget our drinks and bread. Then in July 28 to have italian wedding soup for lunch that tasted like vegetable soup mixed in with some meatballs. No bread until the end of our meal as they had none done. We asked another young guy and he told us that not our waiter. Im rethinking my fav place theses days. Sad.
