I ordered twice with this restaurant via uber eats cause i wanna try their restaurant and the food. at the same time it was planned also to order cause we have celebration going on and got my order cancelled twice for i dont know whats was the reason. this restaurant never fails me to be disappointed during ocassions..its okay if they will cancel it ahead of time because we are expecting to have our cravings delivered.wont recommend this restaurant.they did it twice to us..

My husband ordered a rainbow and crab roll and a kalbi rice bowl ...it was awful! The rainbow roll didnt look nothing like it should and it had a pepper in it. Yuck. It had a nasty sauce on it too and it never said that in the description. My husband said did u give me the right one and the guy said yes. The kalbi steak was over cooked. Couldn't even chew it. 0 out of 10. Don't come here unless u like over cooked or nasty sushi

Overall I'd say it's pretty good, I got a spicy salmon roll and it had hikory sticks in it instead of tempura bits, and it was rolled somewhat loose, it also doesn't come with a spicy sauce on top. They don't have a spicy tuna roll except for a premium roll that's like 13 bucks or so. It's also kinda weird that they call their Tobiko caviar. My girlfriend liked the roll, will eat again.

A busy take-out restaurant with freshly made dishes that are really delicious! We decided to drive to Welland after hearing good things about Charlie Chopsticks. There was a continuous line of customers and delivery services picking up their orders while we were there. Plenty of specials available. It was a nice evening and we sat on their patio while waiting for our food to be prepared. We tried the crispy chicken poke bowl with fresh vegetables and a terriyaki sauce on the crispy chicken. Also tried the salmon poke bowl with spicy mayo sauce which was very tasty too. Sushi tray was fresh and delicious and skillfully prepared. All dishes were presented nicely. For drinks we had a Peach fruit shake and Original iced coffee which were both very refreshing. We did not order in advance but the wait was about 15-20 minutes as there were many orders ahead of us. If you don't like waiting, place your order online and pick up or use a food delivery service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who work diligently to insure their customers are happy. Limited parking available. A small, seasonal patio is available in front of restaurant. $$ Judging by the high number of customers Charlie Chopsticks is a favourite take-out restaurant. 20 Thorold Road, Welland.

Did not come with ginger or wasabi, or tempura sauce. They asked if I wanted sauce however I did not realize I had to specifically request what it should already come with.
The tempura tasted old and too crispy, the edamame didn't have salt and the rolls were falling apart.
The mango rolls also didn't have mango in them just a very light sauce.
Sushi o mine is definetly the better option the only down side is that they are always very busy.
Welland needs better sushi options

This place has the worst sushi I’ve ever tasted in my life. If i could give it 0 stars I would. The sushi tasted sour and had clearly gone bad. My roommate got food poisoning from the food here. This is clearly a health and safety issue and I’m not the only person who thinks so. This place honestly should not even be in business. We ordered $70 worth of sushi just to throw it all out after eating 3 pieces.
