Your employees need to learn how to serve customers properly. Recently, I bought 3-4 Blizzards but they weren't provided with a serving tray after all I need to ask them to provide me Also, the brownie was not heated—it was completely cold, almost frozen.
I have also worked for Dairy Queen in Guelph for 7 months, so you can't fool everyone.
That's why your overall rating is below average.

Good food, it takes a little while to get but it's always hot and tastes fresh. Great outdoor seating, some indoor options. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. One of my favorite dairy Queen locations

I guess I loved it so much because it has been years, and the real reason I went there was for the dogs, but honestly it was so good.

Ordered 2 blizzards and a banana float. When I got to the window she handed me everything nothing with lids. Before I took it I asked if I could have lids. She pushed the products out toward me, I grabbed them then she handed me the lids. They didn’t fit. She shut the window. So I put my lid on best I could and drove away. Ice cream all over the car cup holders and down the council.
My ice cream was a vanilla base with cherry flavour and chocolate chunks but had some bread looking chunks in it?
Kids seemed to be fine, what wasn’t melted anyways.

Been coming here the odd time for years, last few years all the servers are monotone, no personality, no smiling it’s unfortunate.
What really topped it off was tonight I’m the only car in the drive through, no dine in customers so them being busy doesn’t justify this.. I ask for a small sundae and a chicken wrap, I wait at the window for 4 minutes I get my sundae, she asks me to pull up and park for the wrap, I do that, another 5 minutes goes by, finished my sundae, go into the store another 2 minutes goes by then I see the ‘cook’ in the back pull the wrap out of the microwave, then finally got it.. so I waited over 10 minutes for microwaved chicken that ended up not being edible it was so tough, tortilla was soaked in ranch.. I’ve ordered these snack wraps for years it’s never been more then a 5 minute wait and that’s with them taking other orders.. last time going to this location

Absolutely garbage, the chicken strips I ordered were hard & cold. Fried seemed fresh, gravy was missing, & overall it was a terrible experience. Would I recommend this spot when it comes to food? Absolutely not.

This location isn’t bad. Serves both the franchises hot and cold foods. Ordered a cheeseburger and ice cream. The cheeseburger was smothered in mustard, so it tasted like mustard and pickles. At $6 it’s a bit pricy for what you get. The ice cream was good. Wanted to give hot food at DQ a try. Probably won’t get hot food here again.

Prices are wild, but the girls that did the writing on my daughter’s birthday cake did really great!

The only food we bought was an ice cream cake. I was too late in the day to get anything written on the birthday cake. I was told I was too late. I did not press the gentleman. He took pity on me anyway and wrote the names of those having a birthday celebration later in the day.

I don't know his name, but he was wearing a turban (I think that's the word for it.)

Thank you for your kindness and grace.

The cake was good and enjoyed by all.

Been going here for years and over the past year or so it hasn't only gone down hill, its fallen off a cliff. The blizzards have barely any toppings, I pay extra almost everytime for extra fudge on sundaes and still barely get any, also they are too cheap to even give you a blizzard lid. Instead you are stuck with a pop lid jammed into your ice cream with a spoon sticking through the hole that gets covered in ice cream when u take the lid off. It's worth it to drive to port colborne and go to a dairy queen that isn't trying to cut corners every chance they get.

I got my $10 burger after about 8 minutes. The bun, patties, etc were scorching hot and dripping water like it just thawed in the microwave. I asked the counter if they microwaved it, and they said yes. I left the burger at their counter and walked out.

Not only is it incredibly dangerous to microwave frozen beef, it's absolutely disgusting. 0 standards, 0 ethics, 0 quality, 0 stars.

Used to be a big fan. Been there three times this week. Came in sunday and they had no buster bars. They said they would make some. So I came back a couple of days later. And still need to put peanuts on. So I gave up. I will travel to Port colborne from now on.
