When they make a mistake they should just fix it instead of being rude to their customers.
Thin crust pizza ordered, regular sent. Initially refused to send replacement, eventually agreed to fix and send a new one. New one arrives and it's wrong again. When called we were told they already realized their error and a replacement was on the way already.
