This place is the worst Firehouse Subs ever. We've ordered Subs from this location multiple times and it's very disappointing that they would even put that Sub in the box with the bread soaking wet and I'm sure the person that made it knew about this and let the customers walk out the door hoping they wouldn't come back well guess what I went back because this wasn't the first time that the bread was soaking wet. People before you take that Sub out of that location make sure you really check that Sub before you leave. Never ever will I set foot in that place your a disgrace to the brand Firehouse. Subway at least don't serve you wet bread and let u walk out the door. I will make sure that everyone i mean everyone know's about this place including Head Office. The Owner replies to your concerns but it doesn't look like he does anything about it. This place won't be around for much longer. Next is Head office and I will make sure they know what this place is serving.

Firehouse always makes delicious subs. They are a bit expensive, but they do have good promotions and deals from time to time! Service and quality have always been good.

I ordered once again using Uber Eats or another App for food delivery and the driver and me spoke very friendly when he came to my House. The price went up from $21 for a Large Sub from my previous order to $35 this time. I called the Restaurant and the indian said as usual that those were the prices. I am really disappointed because, I like the Subs unfortunately, the dramatic price changes they do bring their clientelle down. They also mislead you by telling you things like I have said in my previous reviews they are very sketchy people. You ordered from Welland and it comes from Port Colborne or an adjacent City. Incredible Canadians 🇨🇦💪
