I recently moved from Stoney creek to Welland, the location here in Welland blows away the location I used to go to. The food is excellent (I really only order the brisket) The staff; every one I’ve dealt with has super friendly and easy to communicate with. I accidentally placed a app order for the Hamilton location, when I went to complete the order the app noticed I was at a different location and changed it for me.. Which made me realize the Welland location charges $2 less on my usual combo.
Highly recommend!
Still coming here, usually 2-3 times a week. The promo for 2 subs @$18 is a great deal for the quality subs I receive. Ty Kawal and staff!

Overpriced plain and simple. Good enough alternative to subway or Mr. Sub on the regular but will never become that because of overpricing. That and at this location staff seem to screw up your order consistently.
Ok, so we have been here a few times, usually great, this time we ordered 4 subs( my wife and 2 kids and i) my wife and I subs both had a hair in it which made my kids not want to eat there's anymore. We were all turned off. Through out approximately 75% of our subs. What a waste of money . I didn't complain as the line was to big and did not wnat to be embarrassed complaining in front of others

I ordered the pepperoni pizza meatball sub. I noticed the seasoning that normally goes on top was missing. When I asked about that, they apologized and said they were out. I find it poor quality to not tell a customer this before serving them. I expect my order to be complete before I leave and they tried to slip it under the rug, assuming I would be okay with it. The seasoning is part of why I enjoy the sub so much and it wasn’t the same. On prior visits, they did the same, when my sub was missing the garlic butter sauce. I also found it rude to speak in a different language in front of the customer. As someone who speaks another language I was always taught not to do this if other people don’t speak that language out of respect. Poor experience overall.

First timers ! Ordered two subs tonight (turkey bacon and hook and ladder) both large. They were so delicious and service was amazing. Was saving half for lunch tomorrow but now I have to make a lunch for tomorrow ? we will be back soon

Today I would love to share with you that I had the "Club on a Sub". When I made this selection, I thought it would be a cold sub but I was pleasntly surprised it was warm and steamy. It was the most incredible sub I have ever had. The meat was stacked so high, O.M.G, I was so full and if Inhad room for another I would definitely buy another!! Words cannot express how amazing this experience was and is. Yes each sub is on the pricier side, so please expect paying a higher price....BUT IT'S SOOOOO WORTH EVERY PENNY! Plus this business was founded by firemen and every customer that enters gets greeted. Come everyone in the Niagara region! I PROMISE you, you will not be left empty. Mr. Sub, Quizznos and Subway have nothing on this business. Remember my friends, support your community, your local Firefighter department and come to Welland for a small taste of heaven.If you plan to Franchise in Edmonton, I'll be your first customer!

Stupid me!! A pal knew I liked a good sub, so recommended this place. Average sub, below average service, if that could be called service and for what they charge, I'm surprised they are still in business. I only gave it 2 stars because there was lots of parking.
