I can't say enough good things about this place, called in to place my order on valentines Day. The person on the phone was super chill , took time to take my order, and didn't just rush me.. I went to pick up order on my way home, it was ready, it was hot, the order was in a cardboard box so the heat didn't damage my interior. The guy at the counter was friendly, fast and super chill as well. The portion of food was amazing. It was delicious. We had leftovers for lunch the next day. Can't wait to order again! Officially our new fav local place.

Ralph and the boys are always happy to take care of you. Great food great sauce. They have an incredible vegetarian sandwich they make. It's a must try. One of the Hidden gems in Welland.

Fratello's is a small take out only food service store front. I ordered a chicken parm for lunch and was underwhelmed. I was disappointed with the size of my sandwich, but the customer service was good. Since the customer service was good I would return to try another food item.

The chicken parm. It's out of this world. You get what you pay for large large meals. If you walk away hungry, you're not feeling well. He has a great attitude when you walk in friendly service.And I love to meet balls. And a garlic bread as well. Aria says I discovered this place. I don't leave twice. Sometimes 3 times a month and I order trains of food to feed the whole family. Works out in $10, the dish. It's all said and done with the chicken parm Tray, I highly recommend this location. For the food taste old country style.

Came in a foil tray with a lid (easy to warm up in the oven and to carry to the car).
It was perfect temp at pick up! Pasta was perfectly cooked, sauce was proportioned as well! Gave 3 star for atmosphere only because there's no indoor seating.... and didn't get to experience a busy time. Pick up and go!
The chicken parm was smothered in cheese and cooked perfectly and the meatballs were packed with flavour.
I have had other pasta/ meatball meals from other local places and this place didn't disappoint.
