Food is OK there but the customer service is very lacking. Had the employee take the girl behind us order right I from of us and serve her before taking our order. She flat out refused to take our order as the other girl "ordered before us" . Although had the employee not gone behind us to take her order she would have had our order in the correct placement in line. After this incident my family will no longer buy from this restaurant.

Bought a slice of Canadian pizza. Thin tough crust, sloppy items, didn’t seem cooked properly and I got it all over me. Server was very cold and not very pleasant at all. Very poor experience!!!

Recent experience was awesome great friendly staff at Ginos pizza in Seaway mall , they suggested items and listened to what i wanted on my pizza and it was great , cooked to perfection and a non greasybottom of the box like other pizza places . . Highly recommend this Ginos restaurant in Seaway Mall . . #GinosTreatMom

One of the worst pizza’s I ever had in my life. I bought 3 different kind of slices. All 3 were very bad. Poor food quality and slices were cold. All 3 were smelling very bad. If I could give zero I would have. Zero customer service.

We had a mini casual pizza party for our friend’s birthday in the restaurant! We ordered a the medium z size combo and the pizza was not bad! We had an Italian friend with us and she did not complained about the pizza! The reviews in the past were saying ho bad they pizza was but I have been eating pizza there three times for the past two months and found the pizza acceptable! The Pizza Pizza must have changed ownership! We found the female owner quite nice and accommodating! She did not say anything to our little birthday party at all! We even cut a birthday cake there with our own paper plates, forks and candles. I would recommend you trying it out again! Prices and quality are good!

I placed an order and got a confirmation email and then the store closed and I sat waiting for a pizza for 2 hours that was never coming! Absolute nonsense.. 0/10 I will never recommend u to anyone. Figure out how to run a business!
