Showed up because Google said this location was open — but it wasn’t. If you’re a business, you should really keep your hours updated online. It’s frustrating to go out of your way only to find the place closed.

The two times I have given it a shot the person taking my order was beyond miserable. Underwhelming customer service.
The burger was decent. They are expensive and big burgers but loaded with random toppings that dont exactly work amazing together.
Prices displayed when you get there are different than what is on their google page. Misleading and the food wasnt anything spectacular to make up for that.

Wow! I almost started blinking because this food was so good! In case you don't know, I don't really blink that often anymore because I like to see things and not have my eyes closed that much. The world is a beautiful place that we need to see!

I come here often as I work across the road, I love the people that work here! I personally get dad vibes from the man that takes the orders:) and love when my poutine is made by the white guy either the moustache since he LOADS up the cheese and gravy

Food was fine. Spouse experienced severe gas and was very uncomfortable for hours afterwards. I enjoyed the food, myself. Probably wouldn't return as we drove 25 minutes to try this place.

I gave them a call regarding a skip the dishes order I wanted to place to see if they could accommodate prior to placing an order. My question was very simple yet the gentleman that picked up the phone was extremely rude and I couldn’t even ask my question I was hung up on 3 times. Very unfortunate since the food looks really good online.

Food is unbelievable. Service was great. Fully intended to just grab a couple poutines but the menu said not today sir. Tried the donair and the jalapeño popper fries. Both fantastic and the kids loved their poutine. Will definitely back.

Today i stopped here to eat with some friends. When we arrived the place was not busy until we were waiting for our food. I was the first of my two other friends to order. My friends got their food before me and went to sit at a near by picnic table. I ordered an order of chicken strips and fries, and a regular poutine to take home to my boyfriend. After some time my friends were done their meal and I still had not received mine. People who ordered after me were receiving food. I asked the man who took my order if it was going to be ready soon thinking maybe a mistake happened. The older gentleman said to me in a rude tone “ we are very busy today if you couldn’t tell, and I told you when you ordered you would have to wait” I told the worker i understand and tried to explain that multiple people who ordered after me got their food. Some of those people had ordered the same items I did. The man walked away before I was even finished explaining that. The man then took the next order, and said to the lady ordering in a tone “you are okay to wait right”. The man went to check on my order and I heard the cooking crew explain that they missed it. I got my food shortly after this, after waiting for around 30 minutes. I was disappointed in the fact that I asked a polite question about if my order would be ready soon (because I had a feeling they forgot about my order- which they did) and was treated rudely. I understand fully that things get missed and I would’ve been fine with that had the man not been rude to me. Then my food was rushed being cooked and the fries were under cooked.
