A great and favourite hangout in Welland. Prices are amazing. Food is awesome. The wings and fish n chips are the best. Get a Turbo Pitcher! They are so good. Friendly staff and fast kitchen. Daily special available. Plenty of TVs to keep you entertained. Pay to play billiard table, junk box and dart board available. Clean facility. Washrooms can be better. Plenty of free parking. Can be a mess when people start parking however they want in the large space in front of the restaurant. Access to main dining area and washrooms are great. Easy access to extended patio. No credit card surcharge.

We had a waitress named Victoria She was awesome. The last few times we have been there the service wasn't the best. But we do keep going back because there food is excellent. Just wanted too give a kudos to Victoria job well done.

My friends who go there all the time were there the other night at 8:15pm, when the manager came out and said they had to leave because they had kids with them and claimed that was the new bylaw, while another group was sitting a few tables over had kids with them and were told nothing by this manager. Also upon reviewing this new bylaw, my friends could not find it online anywhere. So, great food but you're not welcome there after that time if you have children.

Went there on Saturday late afternoon with visiting family members. We were ignored when we entered for about 15 minutes even though wait staff saw us sitting. For the most part the staff was slow, rude and seemed bothered we were there. Front of house needs much better organization, a hostess or host would be beneficial and dedicated table assignments. Back of house ( kitchen) was amazing ! Food was served hot and delicious, with the exception of my granddaughters French fries which were right out of the refrigerator cold. Would go again for the food.

Saturday night at Handle Bar Hanks was incredible! The band was amazing and brought an electric energy to the place. The atmosphere was unreal—exactly the kind of country vibe Welland has been missing. Great crowd, great music, and an all-around awesome night. Can’t wait to go back!
The food is great, and the drinks are always nice and cold. There's a lot of seating, and it's not too cramped. You don't feel like you're smelling what your neighbour is eating.
