I got a buffalo chicken poutine, which I usually love, however today I got it and it only had the hot sauce on it, no regular gravy, there was WAY too much hot sauce it was disgusting I didn’t even eat half of it I was very disappointed. The employees also didn’t give me a fork. I also got deep fried pickles and one of them was half burnt, disgusting didn’t eat that either. I will not be going to this Harvey’s again.

Just want to thank you for your great service today. Went in today and when we got home out order was incorrect. I called and they immediately corrected my order, sent it to me though skip the dishes (I think), at no extra cost. The big thing about this is that we were from out of town. Highly recommend this location. A huge thank you to the staff.
