Not impressed. I visited this location yesterday and went through drive-thru. I asked for them to share with me what the hot dogs special was and they said that there was none. I mentioned that I seen a sign on the street. They again told me there's no special and no sign. That's real funny because while at Tim Hortons today - just now I snapped this photo!

The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude never asked us what we wanted did not seem to care to share any information on any of the menu items. When I asked what is the difference between an angus burger and a regular she rolled her eyes. Horrible service and unprofessional all around. If anyone knows the owner or manager or you see this review please contact me I hate to see peoples business ruined by lazy useless employees.

The lady with her hair in a bun with a bow and a pink turtleneck underneath her shirt attended to my order today, and she was really nice!! She allowed me to use a phone coupon in person, and walked me through making my order from start to finish. I'll come back here specifically whenever I can!

So I actually really like this Harvey’s. Always fast, good quality, haven’t had a bad experience yet.
I should preface this with I don’t have a problem with companies asking for a Google reviews. I do have an issue when I walk into an establishment and hear whom I assume is the manager or shift lead asking their staff to give 5 star reviews “you do it for their location and they’ll do it for our location because they (whoever “they” are) are not happy with how little 5 star reviews we have. The employee looked visibly uncomfortable being asked to do this. Joking or not, this is not a conversation that should be had and it’s not a conversation you have on the floor where customers can hear you, and then follow it up with asking a customer to leave you a 5 star review.
So while I enjoy this restaurant, my faith in trusting honest reviews for them has now plummeted and while everything is great here, that atmosphere has earned a 2 star rating.
Please do better and maintain your integrity for your customers sake.
