I had an unfortunate experience with the staff at your establishment. The individual at the front desk came across as unprofessional and rude, which made my visit unpleasant. Communication was also challenging, and I felt unwelcome. I believe customer service is crucial, and I hope steps will be taken to improve this aspect.
I prefer visiting Chaitime, as I find their service to be more welcoming and professional. Please consider this feedback to enhance the experience for future customers.
