Kcf on ontario rd is our go to restaurant almost daily, they have the greatest staff, always so pleasant to talk to and see, great management and lori is by far the greatest employee on cash. Lori is always so friendly and talkative with us, always a great experience. If by chance something is wrong with the order they are so quick to fix it. Overall very satisfied with ontario rd kfc.

Despite all the negative reviews, as someone who comes and have lunch in this location 2-3 times a week, the service and the people are top notch. They do their job as they should, they are friendly, hardworking. KFC is KFC, the food is what it is. It gets busy and have longer wait sometimes but for location with 2-3 people in the team, they get the job done. The place could use a revamp. But other than that, my 5 star is for the people that work in this location.

I will NEVER go back! My food was ready, sitting there- he chose to take 2 more orders 'cheese with that? 1 or 2 of those?' I waited. The cook told him to bag my food 'yeah okay' he took ANOTHER order. Then he starts bagging up the order after mine- with my food sitting right in front of him and me yelling "EXCUSE ME!" FINALLY the cook had to tell him to give me my food. If I hadn't been so angry I would have told them to redo it because it clearly was cold after sitting there for 17 minutes- yes I timed it because I was in a hurry!

Put in an on line order. Was charged twice. KFC refused to refund me the $63 . So it cost me $126 for cold fries and soggy chicken with 1 white peace in the bucket.
