The food wasnt to pleasant the chicken had enough grease on them to fry atleast 2 full chickens in a roaster fries cold as they just took them out of the fridge it was the worse 60 bucks I've spent

Terrible food quality got sick after eating a their chicken. Donāt be fooled by the fake reviews they accidentally leave the ā ā marks after translating it š¤£

Ordered the 10-piece bucket for the family and it was amazing! The chicken was hot, crispy, and full of flavor. Plenty of pieces to share, and the sides were fresh too. Great value for the price and perfect for a family meal. Will definitely be ordering again!

No idea how the atmosphere is but the food is disgusting .. ordered big crunch sandwiches, they should be called little soggies. The sandwiches tasted like dirty deep fryer the lettuce was brown and the the mayo was weird. Ill never waste money on KFC again! Seriously one of the most disgusting things I've had the misfortune to order.

Pick up an online order here and took 10mins before the food was given to me. They only start to cook and prepare the food when im about to picknit up. Whats the reason of ordering things ahead if you will make me wait.

We went through the drive thru and ordered our meal. Food was fresh, and tasted amazing. We don't go to the KFC by our home but choose this location because the food quality and the service is better. The suggestion the owner gave us for part of our meal was perfect. Will recommend anyone to do the drive to this one.

This might be the only kfc left in Ontario that actually cares about making good food.
The standards for kfc has gone so downhill itās not even funny. Finally I can get it the way I remember as a kid. Shout out to everyone at this location

First off, I will be honest with you, I live in the KW area and ALL of the franchises there are horrible, at least the ones I've visited over the years.. quality of food, cleanliness and staff professionalism.. I haven't paid a visit to KFC in years for the above reasons..better options at Mary Browns and Popeyes at least in KW.
I happened to be in the Niagara area when I noticed a new KFC at least from what I remember pop-up on rice road and thorold road. I am not sure how new this location is but it has been a few years since I have been in the area. I decided to give it a try because I haven't enjoyed KFC for many years. I think the last time I enjoyed KFC, was when I was in Nova, Scotia, 2 or 3 years ago, in Sydney. They nailed it, the chicken was well coated, and crispy...even the fries where properly prepared, and fresh..takes me back to when KFC was Kentucky Fried Chicken. I miss the bread though ..
