Tonight at approximately 11:20 PM, I went in and ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. Absolutely nothing was “hot and ready”. One of the young girls working was mopping in booty shorts and another was leaving in her pyjamas. I guess this was the red flag I should’ve caught on to. The young blonde boy who served me was enthused to tell me nothing was ready, and disappointed when I continued to order? After waiting 15 minutes for the pizza and driving all the way home, I opened the box to find this. I guess if you like cheesy crust, this is perfect for you but if you like your pizza on your dough, this isn’t the place for you. I called back and told them what the issue was and that I wouldn’t make it in time for close, And The boy on the other end was quick to inform me that he personally made the pizza and he knows exactly how it looked coming out so anything that happened to it, was absolutely my fault. And he will not help me with anything. When I asked who I should be in contact with because I was not impressed with the service, he told me that I would have to wait until Monday for an owner. I didn’t really care to escalate this until the blatant disrespect. Hopefully we can reconcile, otherwise you just lost a few lifetime customers.

Been going here for years now. They are consistent, the food is fresh, and the customer service is top notch. Paul (the owner) loves doing what he is doing and THAT is the type of guy I want making my pizza! Keep doing what you are doing!

Went to order crazy puffs and crazy bread said would be 10 mins so we went to the convenience store and come back and when she gave us the order we didn’t notice the marinara sauce that come with my crazy puffs and she said “it’s $1.25 next time” in a very condescending way when I always get marinara sauce with my crazy puffs for free, it comes with the order!

Usually this place is good but tonight I picked up two peps. And both were way over cooked and looked like they were sitting there all day .. of course I didn't realize till the kids got them so I couldn't return them. If I could id give them. -5 on this performance
I used to love this store but the quality and cleanliness has recently declined very drastically. I ordered a cheese pizza and some cheese crazy puffs. Nothing looked as appetizing as advertised, but more importantly EVERYTHING TASTED LIKE PEPPERONI!! Then I found a whole piece of pepperoni under one of the slices!! My entire order went into the trash and so did this store.
Vegetarian options: Meatless meals contaminated with pork.
