Had never eaten here before but my husband’s coworkers all suggested we try it. Ordered delivery and the girl on the phone said it would take 30-40 min. Perfect. Calls back and because I’m “not in welland” (we do live in welland), will be an extra $6 delivery. Sure whatever, our address is literally in welland but looking past this. Over an hour passes and I just assume they’re busy. An hour and a half goes by and I call back, the same girl on the phone states “I’m sorry it will be there very very very very soon it’s my fault it’s so late” then that was the end of the conversation. Food showed up maybe 15 minutes later. Still charged full price even though had to wait almost 2 hours. Gave the food aspect 2 stars as it was okay, but it was not hot by the time it arrived, looks and smelt like it would have been good had it been even warm upon arrival. I’m not sure what this issue was but was very disappointing. Will not be ordering again.

I should have looked at the reviews. I wasted 36$ for the dinner for 2. The pad thai honestly stinks and tastes horrible. The sauce on the steak and broccoli is gelatinous. The only bearable item is the spring roll (which u only get 2) Waste of money.

Just ordered beef fried rice, absolutely no taste, all it was was white rice and pieces of beef. We also ordered beef with vegetables and the veggies were raw. There black pepper chicken had no taste other than large pieces of onion. Will not order ever again.

Very little soya sauce in rice. Was practically white. Orange chicken had little or no orange ingredients. Egg rolls were burnt at the ends. So hard to find good chinese food. Will not order here again.

If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. We received slimy partially cooked chicken in our chicken fried rice and Cantonese chicken, the dishes had no flavour, they were flat out inedible. When we called to try and speak with the owner they were argumentative and denied that it was not properly cooked. They stated “all their food is double cooked”. We all felt ill after just a few bites and threw out the rest. We will never be returning here and would not recommend it to anyone. We do not eat out frequently and when we do it is a treat. This was far from it. The worst 60$ I have ever spent and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Used to be good but we ordered the sesame chicken and it was saugy and the chop suey had no flavor. We were really disappointed cause it used to be a good place. We won't be back.
Ordered dinner for three ...must mean three small tin plates of crappie noodles ...chow mein wasn't bad ...chicken balls that tasted like fish ...and spring rolls with nothing in them ...wish I read the reviews before ordering

Average Chinese food. Prices are not what are on google. It cost 47+ dollars instead of what I thought would be a 25-30 meal. So disappointed spending $50 could have gone somewhere else and gotten so much more for my buck.

Ordered take out and was ready on time ..great .. ordered a dinner that I am familiar with .. phoned to tell them that the chicken and beef had been to long in the tenderizer and was not ok…..that maybe since it was my first time ordering… maybe because it was a Tuesday on my way home from work .. She was just totally abrupt and hung up ., Saying no no it’s popular.. Click she’s gone 🤦♀️…
