I have been in this. McDonald’s for 3 years now and since march I will never go again. Many times the service would get the food wrong like I wouLid order a chicken sandwich with fries and I would get a McFlurry. On march I had a shamrock shake and chicken nuggets and the next day I threw up nine Times. We complained to Niagara Health inspections but they said everything that's fine. But that wasn't only time that we got food poisoning because my mother got food poisoning one month before by the same McDonald's no other McDonald's I've ever gotten food poisoning Plus I've ordered the same menu many times nothing ever happened and this was my first time ordering those two items at that McDonald's strange don't you think.

We come to this location a lot. My friend went to get us food and when he got home he noticed you forgot his big Mac and so he went to retrieve it. I ate my fries but when I went to open my blt wrap there was a cucumber with sauce on it. Now I can’t eat it and he shouldn’t have to go out again to figure this out. On top of this they never apologized about forgetting his big Mac. So this is a situation of cross contamination. I hope you take this seriously and fire the person who made this mistake. Or you are looking at a future law suit.

Always go to this location. it's just this last visit they couldn't find my order that I had place, so I had to wait for a bit while holding up the drive-through line that's all

OMG...the value add for the large shake is wild, almost a liter.... mmmmmmm, and when you go through the drive-through, they have a beautiful water fountain that is relaxing and memorizing....

Went to this mcdonald’s at 12 am last night had the worst experience the lady gave such attitude to me and i only received 9 nuggets in my 10 pac and my mcflurry was MELTED. i was so disappointed in this experience. it also took us 40 minutes to get our food and there was 2 other cars . i think you need to have more staff, and teach the current midnight staff some manners.

I come to this McDonald's regularly and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and my orders are consistently accurate. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to grab a meal or a coffee—which, to be honest, is usually better than at Tim Horton’s.

I would have to say this is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to , food is cold , better off eating the fries on the floor ,service is terrible and overpriced when a family of four is $70 for this crap truly a gouge , will never go here again

Went thru drive thru and this is the second time that my food was cold. Went at noon hour both times so you think food would be hot and fresh and it was not so will not be going there anymore

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The staff were extremely rude and acted as if they were doing customers a favor by serving them. Instead of being polite, they were commanding and dismissive, showing no respect for basic customer service.
To make things worse, the food at night was the worst I’ve had in Canada—cold, stale, and poorly prepared. This location seriously needs better management and staff training because the way they talk to and treat customers is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.
