The food here is consistently disgusting. How difficult is it really to put a patty on a bun, a piece of cheese on a patty, a bun on top, and wrap it decently? Every time the food looks like it was dropped on the floor and stepped on, flattened. They don't even attempt to make anything nicely, everything falling out everywhere, half empty fries, 15 minutes to get an order that looks like it's been through the ringer. Rips in the packaging. I mean come on, just shameful.

Had our childs birthday party here yesterday and everyone really enjoyed it. Had a few parents say they would love to use this place for their party. We didnt expect there to be decorations and colouring sheets set up on the tables, it was a very nice touch! Our host Cassie was great with the kids and kept them occupied with ballons and tattoos in the play area. This was my first time throwing a party and this location really made it alot smoother for us. Thank you again to the host Cassie!
Incorrect orders twice in a row. Missing items from order. Will not be ordering from here again. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

My son slipped and fell as soon as he walked into the restaurant. There was so much thick slush, the floors were not kept up with. He landed on both hands and knees. We approached the staff at the counter and asked to speak with a manager. Savren (a manager in “training”) came to us with a smirk on his face, I told him what happened and he said “well there’s a wet floor sign” then laughed. I said are you not going to acknowledge what happened, not going to apologize, not even ask if my FOUR year old son is ok? He laughed again. I asked for another manager who corrected it and apologized on Savren behalf. No customer service skills, no empathy, not good with children. What do you see in this person to promote them to management. Not a great start to the new year.

Drive Thru
To the owners of this McDonald’s restaurant please be advised your drive thru staff in the night time and during the day are very slow I waited 20 min just to get my juniors that not fair to be waiting that long and the line up is not even that bad please correct this issue otherwise people will not come to your establishment.

i specifically mentioned & saide please dont add cheez slice, mustard and katchup. And its mentioned on receipt. but when i open to eat. very disappointed it was to accroding to my need. and i unable to eat. bc i havenallergy with cheez. it was happen last week. i try to call CS they not entertaine me and not any positive response till now
