I stopped in to use the restroom, before I could use the toilet I had to wipe the pee from the seat, I didn't think much of it until after I came out a 2nd customer was complaining about the same experience I didn't stay for the food after that

yet again i must leave a review on this not so shocking failure of a mcdonald’s. my mother usually gets happy meals that way she can eat it all and not feel guilty about not finishing her meal. so today when she got her happy meal i saw the minecraft toy and thought it was cool so i went to check it out only to find this gnarly looking orange millipede in the toy. never again will i EVER eat at this mcdonald’s and same goes for my family and friends. i hope others realize this location isn’t good for your health and i don’t mean the quality of the food i mean the cleanliness of the workers, it is disgusting what i see in the reviews and have seen myself regarding this location. this place needs a major health and safety review!!!!

During my recent visit to McDonald's, I encountered a disappointing situation that left a bitter taste in my mouth. Upon ordering a drink, I was shocked to discover that the cup was filled to the brim with ice, leaving barely any room for the actual beverage. When I raised this concern with the associate, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude.
To my dismay, the associate informed me that the owner had instructed them to pack the cups with ice to the top, regardless of the inconvenience it may cause to the customers. Furthermore, the associate had the audacity to claim that we were lucky the cup was not completely filled with ice, as if we should be grateful for receiving even a fraction of the drink we paid for.
This lack of consideration for customer satisfaction and the dismissive response to a legitimate complaint was truly disheartening. It is unacceptable for a well-known establishment like McDonald's to prioritize cost-cutting measures over providing a pleasant dining experience for its patrons.
I urge McDonald's to revisit their policies and ensure that customers are not shortchanged or mistreated in such a manner. A little empathy and respect can go a long way in fostering customer loyalty and goodwill. In light of this disappointing encounter, I am compelled to reconsider my patronage of McDonald's in the future.

I got drink before buy cashier told me we have refill after I want another person said no I talked the manager he said he was under training I recommend all people don't buy any things from McDonald no quilty and not honest with people
I asked for freshly made junior chicken combo. I got the hardest Junior chicken in the world with a hole in the middle and the hair on it and it sucks that I didn’t notice until I was at home.

Ordered delivery and they for one I had a 32$ order pluse tax and all these fees 47$ now then wants to know if I want to tip like definitely not then takes them over an hr to get my food made and delivered and now my foods cold af and gross cuz y'all just get the order and make the food that's what the management told me vary sad delivery system work on it
