This place is a mess. Parking cars when they order a single burger. Always understaffed, cold food and poor service from staff. You can’t call yourself fast food when you are parking every car.

Missing a burger and fries from the order, of course noticed once I got home over half hour away… at both windows the kids working didn’t say a word, no hello, no thank you, no here’s your order. Just opened the window and looked at me like their dog just died. Isn’t the first time I’ve had issue at this location but partially my fault I should know to check the takeout bag before leaving because we know the kids working there don’t

they got the order wrong 3 consecutive times on three separate visits, all within a week. I used to have to walk inside to get the order corrected, but after awhile I just didn’t bother anymore because of how frequent they messed up. And every time I get the food it’s always cold. Never coming back to this McDonald’s again.

I've actually sent in complaints about missing food items. That's not even covering the sanitation issues and cold food at this place. The owner or managers or whatever response is to offer coupons and never send them. Cut your losses and skip it. Wendy's is cheaper and they don't snitch.

Parking: There is parking available. The parking area to wait for your food is tight, as it is close to the exit onto king street. There is a decent amount of parking spots along fence line.
Kid-friendliness: Yes family friendly, nice staff.

This is by far the worst mcdonalds ever. They consistently mess up orders. When ordering through doordash there are always orders missing, or they're made wrong, or they're just the completely wrong items. And when you call in and complain, they managers are rude and refuse to do anything. Tonight their night manager Tyler told me there was nothing he could do for me, even though he did acknowledge that I spent money on items I never received. So at this point they're just thieves. Do yourself a huge favor and go to any other mcdonalds but this one. They are terrible and I guarantee you they will not get your order right and they will be rude to you when you complain.
came through the drive thru, with my bestie for a bestie meal and let me tell you it was the best experience I have ever had at a Mcdonald’s thanks to Karo!! He exceeded our expectations and coming there so late on a sunday night we didn’t expect to be greeted with such fun and friendly energy. Karo went above and beyond. Definitely will be back soon. Thank you so much Karo you are amazing!!

I was once again disappointed with stopping here. All I ever order is a grilled tia wrap and a coffee. The last 3 times I have gone, I have received a crispy chicken. I ask at the pay window and at the pick up window if it's a grilled chicken. Everytime I have received a crispy chicken. I can't eat the breading. Unfortunately I now go to Niagara Street location instead. They get it right . Customer service has really gone down hill when a staff member can't destiguse between grilled or breaded.
