I’ve been to mcdonald’s in over 17 countries now and 100’s of location in canada but never seen a location like this - in a negative sense.
Professionalism ~ negative 10 The employees working there are hitting each other abusing like that’s their love language I have a video recorded using my meta glasses. Not posting here for privacy reasons if the owner or someone from headquarters need it to improve the work culture I’ll be more than happy to share.
Empathy - negative 10 again It was around 3am i grabbed my order via drive thruu quick and easy but then i see kn the other side a delivery driver standing out for pickup. ** it was -18 degrees and the freezing rain I just stop by and asked why you’re waiting here you can use the drive thruu He replied they are not allowed to use drive thruu Where is your humanity and empathy mcdonalds? This is so inhuman of either the owner or the management I’ve never seen any mcdonalds location not allowing drive thruu to pickup orders when the dine in is closed.
I use to order 2-3 time a week easy always chose this location This location is around 300m away from my residence but now i prefer to drive 4km to another location to have my mcveggie
I know my 2-3 orders will not make a difference but I cannot support any business running against some basis humanity principle’s

I’ve never had so many issues with a McDonald’s in my entire life, mixing orders giving not fulfilling orders by forgetting items, bad customer service, waiting for food having cold meals given, big waste of money here try the one in Walmart or across town hopefully get your moneys worth.

Service takes forever we also ordered and were missing 2 items, our sons fries were hard and cold and our drink was half empty in the bag because it was laying on its side. Not impressed at all. They have staff standing around doing nothing. They should close or retrain everyone.
Edit Pay for extra fudge barely get any way to go employees! You guys are horrible at your jobs

I pulled up, and there was a lineup already, but it was my turn to order, and yet I was told to wait. When the girl came back she wasn't pleasant and I asked for a coffee with 2 milk, 1 sugar and caramel. She responded with what, so I responded again. She said a carrot muffin? So I repeated a third time. Then, when she asked if that was all and I said yes, she said a nasty word about me to her coworkers. The guy who gave me my coffee was riffing off some noises, fine, whatever, but no hair net. He handed me my coffee, no sticker on it like usual so im not really sure if I got my caramel or not and it looks like cream. I can't do cream. I have given my business here a few times, but I wont be anymore. Its little things like being respectful, etc that keep me coming back or not and I drop it at when she said what she did to a coworker through speaker to me.

It's a McDonald's with a high traffic for street people and they have been known to have discriminate or controversial yelling matches with people outside in the parking lot and inside the restaurant. I go early in the morning and there's a 2 -5 min expectation for serving a coffee order, see attached video of the electronic self serve kiosk and the early morning expectation for getting a coffee.

9/10 times I go here, I get the wrong food or straight up don't get something I paid for. I live across town so by the time I get home and realize, I don't want to drive back (with the receipt they never gave me) if you want mcdonalds, go to literally any one but this one if you actually want the food you ordered
