Service takes forever we also ordered and were missing 2 items, our sons fries were hard and cold and our drink was half empty in the bag because it was laying on its side. Not impressed at all. They have staff standing around doing nothing. They should close or retrain everyone.

I pulled up, and there was a lineup already, but it was my turn to order, and yet I was told to wait. When the girl came back she wasn't pleasant and I asked for a coffee with 2 milk, 1 sugar and caramel. She responded with what, so I responded again. She said a carrot muffin? So I repeated a third time. Then, when she asked if that was all and I said yes, she said a nasty word about me to her coworkers. The guy who gave me my coffee was riffing off some noises, fine, whatever, but no hair net. He handed me my coffee, no sticker on it like usual so im not really sure if I got my caramel or not and it looks like cream. I can't do cream. I have given my business here a few times, but I wont be anymore. Its little things like being respectful, etc that keep me coming back or not and I drop it at when she said what she did to a coworker through speaker to me.

It's a McDonald's with a high traffic for street people and they have been known to have discriminate or controversial yelling matches with people outside in the parking lot and inside the restaurant. I go early in the morning and there's a 2 -5 min expectation for serving a coffee order, see attached video of the electronic self serve kiosk and the early morning expectation for getting a coffee.

9/10 times I go here, I get the wrong food or straight up don't get something I paid for. I live across town so by the time I get home and realize, I don't want to drive back (with the receipt they never gave me) if you want mcdonalds, go to literally any one but this one if you actually want the food you ordered

Doesn’t matter what you order they make you pull up and wait.
Pack of ketchup ? Ya go to the next window for 10 mins we’re making it fresh.
It’s ridiculous.
Only good thing about this place is how friendly the manager Matt is.
Besides that terrible service and wait times.

The staff has a problem here … for some reason they ignore you .. i was there yesterday around 7:15 pm this young girl at the counter made eye contact 3 times but chose to ignore… Very inconsiderate! After 15 mins i asked if my order is ready it was right there from last 15 mins but she chose not to hand it to me. Not going back there.
