Constantly messing up orders, food is often hard as a rock. I get that they hire young people but at some point you have to take responsibility for the quality. The way prices at mcdonalds are increasing, they better be careful, because it's starting to become hard to justify.

I like the food here, but the staff punishes you for going into the store instead of using the drive through. The store will be empty in the morning and it still takes the online order crew well over 10min on average to put together 2 coffees.

9 out of 10 times the order is wrong. It is worth the drive across town or to Port Colborne just to avoid this location.
They Forgot straws for the drinks, dipping sauce and My cheeseburger had nothing on it. It took half an hour to get my food.

The chicken nuggets were so hard i threw them out. time before i ordered big mac and they put so much mac sauce on you couldn't even hold on to the hamburger without it falling all over the place so that ended up getting tossed as

Live close to this location, so it's convenient .. however every time we order ALWAYS HAVE missing items that we paid for, toppings on the burgers we double asked to have removed, and fry containers not even filled correctly. Husband ordered a large fry, and my small fry was the same amount. Do better!

I have tried countless times to let this location redeem themselves and I’m over it! Always something missing from the order or instructions aren’t followed. Ordered off Uber a few times with multiple items missing to call and be told not my problem report it to Uber. My last straw was 2 nights ago around 11pm I had left the hospital and was on my way home went through drive through and ordered 3 meals and 4 snack wraps 2 happy meals. They decided to charge me for the jr chicken meal 10 plus$ end up giving me small fries which is in the small jr chicken combo they now offer for 5$ so there just out here robbing people charging for large combos while serving small combos they also had me wait 35 minutes for the food on top of that kind of ridiculous if u ask me.
