Excellent little food trailer. Very reasonably priced. Love the French fries, they taste great! Friendly staff. Offers payment with e-transfer which is great for people like me who don't use cash.

The best place in the entire region to get poutine! The fries are crispy, the gravy is perfectly salty and the cheese curds are so melty and gooey. Every time I visit the food is consistently delicious. The portions are generous for the price you pay and the quality is fantastic.

The only thing when busy maybe ask for people's names and put them on the order paper give a number so orders don't get mixed up other than that amazing food and great service definitely be back

This place is amazing! Me and my partner went to London Ont. this week and the food trucks there Suck! Our problem is that we compare Mr.Chips with his standard and it seems no-one can keep up with his or his prices!!

Giving them a 2 star review. You get what you pay for. Mistakes happen - 2 poutines ordered and they only made 1, so one of us had to wait. Not surprised they missed the order as the kid taking the order and money just grunted when we gave him $40.00 for a $22.00 order. Struggled figuring out the change. I’m more concerned as to how they passed their recent public health inspection. Back door remains open and doesn’t close. Noticed this after we ate and can only imagine how many mouse droppings could be found in their kitchen. Again, you get what you pay for.

Fries and hot dogs are GREAT! Fries very crispy and we'll cooked!Gravy a bot salty, but we still dip in it! Hot dogs delish, hot and grilled well!

Great fresh fries. 7$ for a takeout box full (large). Not sure they salted them though, so it was good that we were eating there and could salt them ourselves. Truck looks shabby and I'm guessing they're planning to redo it for the season? No shade yet at the picnic tables, but it was nice they had those out. Overall, great option for satisfying a craving for fresh fries - would go again!

way better than McDonald's FRESH FOOD I go with my stepmom once a week and the food tastes so good ( the food is homemade not ordered like McDonald's ) it's about a 10 minute wait but I would rather wait for home cooked food than have to wait 3 seconds in a McDonald's line for store bought food ( This is a family ran business )

My favourite poutine in Welland. The owner is very nice and I love getting to sit outside and eat. My only minor complaint is sometimes the oil could use a change, but it's not bad enough to ruin the food. I often come near the end of the day which is likely why I sometimes experience this.
