Giving them a 2 star review. You get what you pay for. Mistakes happen - 2 poutines ordered and they only made 1, so one of us had to wait. Not surprised they missed the order as the kid taking the order and money just grunted when we gave him $40.00 for a $22.00 order. Struggled figuring out the change. I’m more concerned as to how they passed their recent public health inspection. Back door remains open and doesn’t close. Noticed this after we ate and can only imagine how many mouse droppings could be found in their kitchen. Again, you get what you pay for.

Great fresh fries. 7$ for a takeout box full (large). Not sure they salted them though, so it was good that we were eating there and could salt them ourselves. Truck looks shabby and I'm guessing they're planning to redo it for the season? No shade yet at the picnic tables, but it was nice they had those out. Overall, great option for satisfying a craving for fresh fries - would go again!

way better than McDonald's FRESH FOOD I go with my stepmom once a week and the food tastes so good ( the food is homemade not ordered like McDonald's ) it's about a 10 minute wait but I would rather wait for home cooked food than have to wait 3 seconds in a McDonald's line for store bought food ( This is a family ran business )

My favourite poutine in Welland. The owner is very nice and I love getting to sit outside and eat. My only minor complaint is sometimes the oil could use a change, but it's not bad enough to ruin the food. I often come near the end of the day which is likely why I sometimes experience this.

Mister chips is one of the best poutine places in Niagara. I ordered a small poutine (which was way larger than I expected). It was more like a large, compared to many other poutine places. They used real cheese curds as opposed to shredded cheese (like I've seen at other places). The gravy was delicious and the fries were fresh. All for $7.50! In a time where I often feel like I'm getting ripped off by fast food places for the amount of food I get, going here was such a nice surprise. I wish I lived closer, so I could go more often. Thanks!

Fries are always over cooked now and dark brown. I don’t know if they need to change the oil in their fryers? I love the people there that serve you, but if the product is disappointing I will have to go elsewhere. Please look into why your fries are dark brown please!

Excellent poutine. Real curds, nice gravy and fresh cut fries. Service was excellent, food was great and we enjoyed our dinner at the outdoor picnic table. I highly recommend this place!

Its is so amazing. The staff are really fast and good. They know exactly what they’re doing the first time I tried their fries. I’ve been ordering nonstop after that. I always order the fries with Cajun seasonings amazing taste amazing texture and I’ve recently tried the classic fingers combo. Super tasty.

I wasn’t gonna write a few, but I felt like I had to.. the gravy was amazing. The cheese curds were awesome but the fries were absolutely horrible. They tasted like they were old rubbery. They didn’t have a good taste of them. It’s like they used old potatoes. I was not impressed. I brought them home to try to cook them more like maybe they were undercooked and they still tasted horrible. I was really upset, considering the reviews are good
