I’ve gone to a location in Burlington multiple times and had great service but the welland location was a let down. Poor service and out of half the toppings. One I understand but multiple, the point of getting a sub is to get toppings. Definitely won’t be stopping here again

I always love Mr. Sub, but this location is not good. My husband picked up the order, and they hadn't even made it yet when he arrived, although we ordered well in advance. All of the toppings that we ordered were incorrect, and there was barely any sauce in any of the subs. Definitely won't order here again.

I usually love mr sub. But this location is the worst. First off, when you walk in the lady was blasting indian rap music-so loud you couldn't hear anyone speaking. They gave the smallest amount of tuna from a container they got in the back. No pickles, no bacon and the Lettuce was all brown and the veggies looked old and soggy.

Ordered 3 Italian subs and 6 cookies. big mistake first off not only did I not get 3 of the cookies, but the subs not only were not made right, i.e. stuck with onions and pickles on one of them that didn't order any of that crap on. but it looked like they were trying to stretch the meat and toppings out from one to use on all three, only thing you really could taste was the buns. I tried calling for over an hr. just to keep getting hung up on nobody ever answers the phone. I did order through skip so I am hoping they will at least give a refund for the cookies. I will NEVER order from here again. Does not look like you want customers anyways if you can't even answer a phone.
UPDATE: Skip the dish's will not help out either, so I got scammed, I know it's not a lot of money, but that's not the point it's the principal. They really do have a good scam going if they rip every skip the dish customer off and then never answers the phone so they dont have to own up to it.

I'm not sure what is going on at this Mr Sub but I won't be back. My sub was ice cold, the buns must have been from the day before or something and refrigerated. Even the bacon in my sub was cold, which is strange considering it should have been heated when I ordered.

Just ordered from Mr. SUB on Niagara St. First time really having their subs. And I'm highly disappointed. No proper sub sauce, just oil. Very bland hardly no flavor at all. The sub is like a sandwich, the presentation of the sub terrible. Hardly no toppings. I want an actual sub that I can bite into. I won't be ordering from there again. It's not worth the money. I've made way better subs than this. Their Meatball sub is the same. Very upset I wasted my money on them.
