Long Overdue Review for Lefti’s Kitchen:
Our goal that night was simple: just to find a nice place to eat. Funny enough, my fiancée had mentioned Lefti’s Kitchen before, saying they offer karaoke nights. We’d always say we’d go one day, but never followed through. Then, out of the blue, as we were deciding where to eat, I suggested, “How about this place called Lefti’s?” and she said, “That’s the one I’ve been telling you about!” So off we went, and I’m so glad we did. It was calm and cozy when we arrived, the World Series game playing quietly in the background, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming feel.
The setup was beautiful, and the service right from the start was just what you hope for, friendly, genuine, and relaxed. Now, the food… Absolutely Unbelievable. The salad alone was a surprise, so fresh, perfectly dressed, and full of flavour. The souvlaki dinner was exceptional, cooked just right. Terri, our server, was wonderful, polite, attentive, and kind, really making us feel at home.
To top it off, we found out they were having karaoke that same night, Halloween night, no less! The atmosphere was incredible, people in amazing costumes, laughing, singing, just good energy all around. You could really feel the sense of community. The staff and owners were super friendly; you can tell they truly care about their guests. Places like Lefti’s Kitchen are rare; they set an example for what dining experiences should be like: good food, great service, and genuine people.
We couldn’t make it back the next night like we wanted to, but we’ll definitely be returning soon. All the best to Terri, the staff, and everyone we met there. You made our night a memorable one.

Lefti’s offers an exceptional dining experience. The Greek pork souvlaki was tender, juicy, and bursting with authentic flavor, complemented perfectly by the most delicious Greek potatoes. The service was outstanding — professional, welcoming, and efficient. Combined with their very reasonable prices, Lefti’s delivers remarkable quality and value. Highly recommended.

My first time ordering from here. Some of my order was not the greatest… the chicken skewer was skimpy, and cold . The salad dressing for my Greek salad was bland :( . The fish was good : ) The fries were cold :( I live around the block … so either the driver was late or the kitchen staff timing was off. The dolmades were good but I didn’t get the pita that was stated on the delivery service menu. I might give Lefti’s another try… maybe it was just not a good night.

The chicken souvlaki tasted very similar to the ones I had in Greece. Only wish they were bigger. Very delicious. (I only ordered takeout.)

Food was terrible. Paid $46 for two chicken soulvaki dinners. Worst chicken soulvaki I ever tasted and this was for take out. The low grade rice was under cooked, tzatzki had no taste, chicken was some what moist but missing flavour. Positives are the food was served hot and good packaging. I would not eat here again.

This place treated my friend extremely poorly. he has many health issues but they wouldn't serve him more than one beer cuz they thought he was drunk. im disgusted hearing this and will make sure to tell anyone I know to avoid going there. You might not want to judge a book by it's cover.

1/10 recommendation they didn't let me in and I am 21 turning 22 and have my health card. Also every LCBO, clubs, bars, takes my ID, except for this one. I guess that's your business's loss on loyal customers.
My go to spot in welland for greek food! Always great food and great service.
