Ordered this afternoon around 1:45, took to park with kids +-5 min drive away. I noticed lettuce in bin looked wilted and slimy. Made comment to lady making wrap that lettuce didn’t look good so she pulled out bin from under counter. Looked “ok” but definitely not perfect. Tastes old and spoiled, looking down at it this is definitely spoiled produce. Lady making wrap was also annoyed I made comment and she was “put out” for her effort in additional bin under counter. Counter server pleasant. Would absolutely never go here again. Terrible produce and service barely a step above.

This is unfortunate. I've been coming here regularly for a very long time. but since new hires, it seems. The quality has gone down. Quite a bit. Today was my final straw I ordered. My lunch and it was half portions of what was usually usually given. l I did not pay less this tiny little thing they gave me was not worth wasting my luch time for can't say I felt Anything but ripped off It's unfortunate they're the only peter pit lin welland because I will have to find another place

I’ve never written a negative review, but this place has made it my first. The service wasn’t great, the workers were not friendly. Not a good atmosphere. This alone isn’t what made my experience bad, it was the fact that I was very clear about my toppings on my pita and when I went to eat it, it was filled with green peppers. I have no idea how they got there but I did not ask for those. They’re lucky I wasn’t allergic.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pita Pit. The girl at the counter was incredibly disrespectful, constantly interrupting me while I was placing my order. To make things worse, she kept talking to her colleague in another language while glancing at me and smirking, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. It was an unpleasant and unprofessional encounter, and I’ll never be coming back.

I Had an amazing visit here at pita pit for the first time. The workers here are very sweet and answered all my questions about the menu that I had. The store was kept very nice and clean. Definitely recommend this location to everyone in the area!
Vegetarian options: There are veggie options for those who are not able to eat meat
Parking: The parking is available for all customers!
This was my first visit to pita pit. I must say this place is outstanding. Cleanest place I been to in Welland food is top notch and staff was fantastic and very friendly. 100% recommend!!

I've only eaten here twice and both times I got very sick after with food poisoning symptoms. The first time I thought it was maybe a coincidence, but the second time really confirmed it. I regularly go to other locations in Niagara and never have this issue. Go to the location in Fonthill instead, it is much cleaner, the food quality is superior, and the staff are friendlier.
