The food is always great here but the service doesn't do as well. If you take too long ordering, they'll roll their eyes and talk to the other person in a non English language, making it really

It’s a long weekend, only 1 employee. Same girl is taking orders for 5 pitas at a time and then trying to make them all while others are waiting in line. Running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Bad management for being low staffed ever, especially on a holiday long weekend. 15 minute wait to order. 15 more minutes till you get your food.half hour for “fast food”. My family all ordered and ate their subway next door before I even got food.

Very expensive for what you get. Got a regular size rice bowl for $15 and stingy with the ingredients, could get a lot more food anywhere else for the same price. Don't waste your money

Just stood in the store for over 10 minutes and not one person came out from the back so I left. Congrats on having the most useless staff

It's getting pricey but the selection has improved a lot. Good amount of natural light inside though it reflects off the plastic and makes it hard to see behind the counter for items. Clean washrooms. Staff are friendly and fast at their work.

I stop and get pita pit salads all the time at different locations. Pretty unimpressed this location does not have the large plastic bowls that every other location does. They are using paper takeout containers. My $13 salad was defintley not what I get at other locations. Disappointed.

New owners are cheap, literally 12:15 rush hour and they have 3 pickles sitting in the container and don't bother topping up. They put the same amount of cheese on Small Pitas as they do Regular pitas. Very cheap with toppings. Not great attitude. I mean you're spending $16 on one regular pita you should be able to get as many toppings as you want and double the cheese compared to small.

Just paid $16 for a Greek pita, all i can taste is onion and there's no tzatziki sauce, no sauce of any kind! Guess I'll buy some tomorrow and try eating it again. Won't be bothering with take out pita pit again unless I'm there watching what they do. Looks peanut butter tonight ☹️

Wanted to give a shout out for the Pita Pit in Welland. We called in a last minute order to feed 30 people in less than 24 hours. Everything was ready early, labeled clearly, including the gluten free, well priced, and the staff carried it all out to the vehicle. The food was very fresh and well liked. The manager Tina was very helpful with placing the order and the customer service in the store was also excellent which is always appreciated. Great job!

Toppings were fresh, staff was friendly. Biggest issue is the topping portions. I ordered black bean with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and pickles. There was barely any lettuce, 6 small pieces of tomato, 7 cucumber pieces, and 3 pieces of pickles. The diameter of the wrap was a little more than a hotdog. If margins are that tight they need raise their prices.
