I will never support any pizzapizza ever again. Customer service is terrible and useless, also the food itself has never been anything to brag about anyways. Only ever get pizzapizza because of how close it is to me. This location specifically was my final straw. They would not honour their 30 minutes or free policy and did nothing to compensate or make the situation any helpful.

Placed an online order. Was called by online booking to say. They could not do order had to removed cauliflower bites. Because. Restaurants fryer was not working. I asked them to send my order to another store They would not. Because this restaurant had already started order. Then. When I get here and pay. I’m told I have to wait. Because my order is not finished. 35 mins after order was placed. Because they are behind. Cause they had to confirm my order, minus. The cauliflower bites. Worker. Was very nice. Stated I could have ordered from other store. When I said. That I asked. She stated she didn’t know why. This is not the first time. They have had to cancel items.

This is my go-to for last minute cheat meals. It's consistently decent food. I always get exactly what I ordered. The company makes ingredient lists available within a few clicks of their homepage. I respect that transparency! If I'm going to "cheat", I like to read and understand all the ingredients I am ingesting. Beyond that, it is open later than anywhere else, which is convenient for satisfying late night cravings.
Oh, an ingredient list update for Tabasco sauces would be appreciated though. Tried that on pizza and wings last night. I like Tabasco but I think there was capsaicin extract(which is NOT found in Tabasco hot sauce).. and I usually avoid that because it's "ring of fire" fuel... buuuut I couldn't double check before ordering because it wasn't updated.. so please get that done( Because honestly- updating something like that should be done BEFORE it's introduced as a menu item).
