I love popeyes , but I literally ordered chicken , the tracker said some driver was at the store waiting for order and then BAM order cancelled after waiting almost 45 mins . I tried to contact customer support wont let me log into it because it says wrong region but yet it was under my account the order was placed on. I tried calling the store multiple times and nothing at all . No refund has been issued ... just an email saying the order is cancelled . That's unacceptable.

The food is good and they have the soda fountain on the customer side for unlimited refills. They have forgotten my dipping sauce every time I've gone there, and I'm fed up. Changing my 5 star to 2 star until they fix this regular screw up. Good food and atmosphere are not enough for a restaurant, the service needs to be good too. I'd argue that service is KING and here, its subpar.

Best Popeyes ive ever been to, super friendly staff, great clean atmosphere. Amazing popcorn shrimp, amazing mash potatoes. This is my favorite place to go for dinner, and every time the food is perfect. Super underrated Popeyes branch!!

Probably one of the most poorly managed fast food restaurants I have ever been too in terms of what’s available. EVERYTIME I come here they are sold out of AT LEAST 3 items I try to order.

Check Your Chicken before you leave this place… Seems to be double dipping their chicken in oil.
Also when you order more than 2 piece they’ll give you a bad piece in there because why not… I’ve been fooled twice. There won’t be a third time.
