Went in at 1217 to get 3 soft tacos .. only one person to help us ..a group of 4 students ahead of us … we left the restaurant with our food at 12:52…. If you know that the restaurant is busy with highschool kids why only facilitate one staff member ? Super nice girl working but alone … then running out of supplies … it’s frustrating to wait nearly 40 minutes for 3 tacos … please staff appropriately for busier hours and the needs of the public .

Found a long black hair in the burrito. Completely lost my appetite. On top of that, they missed items I paid for and the food was cold, it tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. Really disappointing experience. Won’t be coming back.

Never make delivery orders on time especially doordash.
This Quesada is significantly better than the other ones in Niagara, and we order from them a lot considering it’s an easy + convenient option for both gluten free and vegan menu items. The service is amazing, staff are charismatic and make sure it’s prepared exactly how you order it, whether it’s in-person or ordered online. Thank you!!!!
Vegetarian options: You can order vegan burritos.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free hard shell tacos, rice bowls, and nachos, and I have never gotten sick from issues with cross contamination.
Worker was not familiar with the ingredients (spicy, not spicy, what proteins were, what was included in a bowl, etc). Had to throw entire meal out as it was too spicy to eat. This was my first time here, so I really didn’t know what I was ordering that’s why I was asking questions.

I asked for a mild sauce, and without asking me the flavor, she took a bottle and poured in my rice bowl, which i found out later was based with ghost pepper hot sauce, the chicken that did not have sauce was pretty good though, good prices too

I liked the food and the people behind the counter were very friendly and polite, and served me with a smile! Yes! ~ the unfortunate part, I left a $2.00 tip with my debit card/credit and they informed me that THE ONWER GET THE TIPS SUBMITTED BY CREDIT or DEBIT. I was unhappy about this, maybe a percentage sure but I wanted to tip the ladies behind the counter for their services and not necessarily to the owner. I found this unfair. And owner I hope you please rethink this. I think you should want to make your employees as happy as possible! Anyhow, I was informed the ladies behind the counter get to keep the cash tips, so that’s something at least. Owner, I mean no disrespect, but please smarten up 🙂. Nah mean?
