Tells you that you're getting spring water, turns out it is filtered tap water. This has been confirmed by water testing. Tells you there is a $10 deposit on their used relabled bottles, but then tell you that they actually *sold* you used severely beat up water bottles when most companies that SELL you bottles sell you NEW bottles. My wife and kids didn't like the taste of their RO filtered tap water because it tasted like city water from a Brita filter.

Terrible service!Took days and days to get a delivery of water and then after being told the jugs were a deposit by one owner, when we tried over a week and a half to get a response to return the jugs, were told that "that's not our policy" by another owner. Were told we'd here back from the first owner that told us they were a deposit, and haven't...

Saw a guy at No Frills buying at least two dozen cases of bottled water. Then he went out and piled them into the back of the Select Water van. What's that about?? I hope it's for some kind of emergency. Bottled water generates tonnes of plastic waste and only benefits big companies who steal from municipal water supplies.
