We ordered from Shawarma House today and were blown away! The flavour was outstanding and every bite was so fresh and delicious. The service was incredibly fast, and we were so impressed with how they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear this a business takes pride in what they do, and it shows. Definitely the go-to spot in Welland for amazing food!!!

Super friendly staff!! We were from out of town and stopped by after seeing their great prices on the reviews, and it ended up being a wholesome experience. They were so nice and welcoming.
Also their baklava were amazing! So fresh and delicious.
Plenty of seating inside and outside, and 3 parking spots outside!

Have been patrons a long time. Always loved this place. But last two times we were given the wrong order. Got all the way home to find out. Had to drive 32 kms to make the correction. The man was initially pleasant on the phone and clearly repeated sandwiches, and even asked about toppings and sauces. Still on pick up, we were given the wrong order yet again!! My husband likely should have known given the price was far more than what it should have been. No apology, just told to bring it back. So yes, we may get the proper order and the overpayment returned but we are still out time, fuel and money. Good food but lacking in service for sure.

These guys are the best I’ve been going them for years love to see the small family business. I try to support them every chance I can get.- I get treated like family. They have the best Shawarma in Welland by far and I would even push it to the Niagara region, and I’ve tried them all over.

A local shop with a simple straightforward menu. The service to serving was quick. Had a Chicken Shawarma Plate. Chiken and rice was good, pita was also warmed up. The chipeas in the salad seems to be on the tougher side then what I would have liked. Prices are reasonable.
