I called to order a fruit basket. I needed it within a couple hrs for a death of a friend condolence gift. They would not make it until the next day which was too late since I had just found out and the family was leaving that evening for out of town. It takes 20 minutes to make one . I have gone in the store and waited so I know how quickly they can be made but she refused. Never again will I buy from this Sobeys. They obviously are too lazy to care about selling to customers.

I have never been one to really shop at sobeys due to prices. However I have been twice in the last 2 months and now I tottaly get it. I agree some pricing is a little ridiculous however they have a huge selection of fresh meat, seafood and deli meat that is much better then most other stores. They are extremely clean, layout is organized easy and not cluttered. And customer service has always been really good. I never feel rushed. For a little more money it really is worth it.

I just want to let staff at Sobeys know that me and my daughter were at the South Pelham location this morning and how impressed I was with a young person who went out of their way to assist with an item…its nice to see young people showing courtesy and respect…something you don’t see much anymore…shotout to Jadis!!!

I love to go to this Sobeys. The flowers sections are my favorite. The girl work in that department is wonderful. She is very patience and has a great customer service skills 👍made the flowers bouquet so beautiful !!! I am very impressed! Very talented. She has a unique way to put the flowers together make so gorgeous the flowers arrangements. I gave to my best friend and she was extremely happy 🌹 Thank you Molly for a such a good job you doing.🌹

If I’m gonna be paying 30-40% more on every product, the selection could at least be vaguely better than the no frills or food basics down the street.
Bakery continues to cover all their cakes and cupcakes with sprinkles. Officially switched to Fonthill Sobeys. Bakery staff there are very friendly and helpful!
