Stacked Pancake and Breakfast House Welland

We have visited twice so far and they don't disappoint. the portions are generous and delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. They pay attention to details. Even during busy times the wait for food is quick.

Went there with 3 friends at 12 noon on a Sunday with no reservations. Place was packed but they said about a 15-20 minute wait. They were pretty true to their word. Waitress was quick to approach us (sorry I didn't get her name). Ordered our food and did not wait long at all for our food to be ready. Food was phenomenal! Each of us ordered different things and there was not one complaint. Highly recommend.

Service was fast and the staff were friendly! Food was excellent!! Didn’t have to wait for a table but started to get really busy with long wait times after 30 mins of sitting

I absolutely love this place!!! They cook my breakfast perfect everytime and I am a picky person lol. The staff are truly awesome here!! I just wish it wasn't so loud....but that is a minor issue!!

I ordered a Greek omelete through skip the dishes and recieved something with cheddar and bacon on it. Very disappointed as now my wife's eating her breakfast well I go hungry.

I then went to get my side of bacon so I had something with my toast and potatoes only to be disappointed it was the free pancake box and my bacon was also missing!

I think they should take more care in packaging takeout orders. What a perfect way to ruin my Sunday morning.

I'll give this review 3 stars as there done in and staff are amazing in the reteraunt, clearly not their takeout game isn't on par.

Came in specifically for a clubhouse sandwich. We did not like it at all, the toast was soggy and for the chicken, they used a coated chicken breast with some kind of coating that over powered the rest of the sandwich. The chicken just made everything soggy. The music was too loud, which made everyone talk louder, I ended up with a headache. Our server was friendly and easy to talk to. Should have had breakfast I guess.

I am so greatful and already have called in to leave a compliment in a world where everyone is quick to call to make complaints you never hear much of any about the compliments or how some workers have gone out of there way.

Few weeks ago we decided to try and grab brunch. I say try as my child has mental health issues. It didn't go well and we didn't last long. I had told the lady I'd pay for the coffee. She told me not to worry. Her and a younger girl saw my face and my emotions were clearly on it that they swept us to the back and had us leave the back way. They knew we or I didn't want to walk past everyone. Once at back I started crying. She hugged me and said not to worry. They told me to come back and try again and that everything was going to be alright. What they didn't know is that that hug was needed and what they said meant the world. When I called they said the one sounded like the front staff manager. The other girl had a dark pony tail and younger.
Thank you so so much. It meant the world.
