I walked in asked the male cashier if the coffee was fresh, his response was “ Ya sure” an extremely unprofessional and condescending response. It wasn’t a difficult question , Starbucks and staff here are the worst I have even experienced . I called to discuss it with a supervisor, I was advised no supervisor was working, and she didn’t care. A bunch of lazy overpaid staff. Boycott Starbucks

I’ve been a loyal customer since it’s opened . This morning as I do every Thursday I did an order through uber to my office . The other 2 items in the order we fine but mine venti sugar free protein latte was something to be described as frightening. I know protein milk I have it at home this was the consistency of PORRIDGE. I’m not entirely sure what happened but it was definitely something barely one step up from vomit

I cannot say enough good things about this Starbucks location. Almost everyday, ok who am I kidding, everyday I come in, usually very early, and it’s always a bright spot in my morning. The staff are extremely friendly, many remember my order and have it ready before I get to the counter. I am always greeted with a smile, and a hello Adam. I genuinely look forward to this interaction in my day and leave feeling appreciated and valued as a customer! Keep up the amazing work!

Customer service Is usually great except today. I ordered four drinks. Went to the pick up area to get my drinks. Asked for one glass of water. He asked me to go to the cashier next time so he can punch into the system. He did it but wasn't happy to do it. What is wrong with this? Why couldn't he just go punch in the water and why I can't I ask for a glass of water while picking up my order's. Why do I have to line up to ask for water when I am already picking up an order? It's water for crying outloud. I didn't cut a line and try to place an order. I go here every single day, I was definitely taken back by this request. It's no big deal but he made it to be. Not happy now. Not sure I'd come back here now.
