I cannot say enough good things about this Starbucks location. Almost everyday, ok who am I kidding, everyday I come in, usually very early, and it’s always a bright spot in my morning. The staff are extremely friendly, many remember my order and have it ready before I get to the counter. I am always greeted with a smile, and a hello Adam. I genuinely look forward to this interaction in my day and leave feeling appreciated and valued as a customer! Keep up the amazing work!

Customer service Is usually great except today. I ordered four drinks. Went to the pick up area to get my drinks. Asked for one glass of water. He asked me to go to the cashier next time so he can punch into the system. He did it but wasn't happy to do it. What is wrong with this? Why couldn't he just go punch in the water and why I can't I ask for a glass of water while picking up my order's. Why do I have to line up to ask for water when I am already picking up an order? It's water for crying outloud. I didn't cut a line and try to place an order. I go here every single day, I was definitely taken back by this request. It's no big deal but he made it to be. Not happy now. Not sure I'd come back here now.

Probably one of the better spots in the region quality-wise and service-wise. The staff are friendly and I also find the food/drinks to be fresher when compared to other locations I've been to. The long lineups can be a problem sometimes (like with any Starbucks), but this seems to actually be improving at this location also.

Stood at the counter tonight and was not greeted or acknowledged by 3-4 counter staff. I finally left after watching one girl clean a small sink in front of me, and then she walked away. How disappointing. I wont be back.
Update: better staff now. Young man in drive thru has been very thorough on a number of occasions. Not sure what happened 2+ years ago, but I hope they dismissed that employee who ignored me.
