Stale bread and customer service was awful

Bought piri piri half sub-could have used more ingredients and turkey ranch sub which I thought included bacon and didn't- two half subs almost $20. No deal here.

Put ice in my cup and the ice had black chunks in it. Dumped it out and there were more black chunks at the bottom of the cup. Maybe just don’t use the ice 🤩

Rude server, stingy on everything, any other subway will give you double the toppings for the same price.
After asking for green peppers and receiving only 2, I asked for more and only got another 2. Snack sized wrap but paid full price.

Went there for the first time, cheap mentality of the staff, totally unprofessional and rude behaviour of the server. They use stale(unfresh) bread and also put very less veggies and other topping than other subways do. I totally recommened people not to go there doesn't worth it.

I guess I must’ve missed where I asked for almost the entire bottle of sub sauce on my sub. It was gushing out the sides even before I took the first bite. Not to mention my sub only had two ingredients plus the sauce. When I opened the sub wrapper, it was drenched in sauce as well as the bag, and leaked all over the other items in the bag. Honestly, is this what subway has become? I guess next time (that’s if I decide to give subway another try), I’ll have to go in and watch the employees make it in front of me.

So disappointed in this restaurant, it does not deserve to be open after giving customers food poisoning. Obviously they are not taking food safety seriously here. The food and safety board has posted results of their inspection and in July there were infractions and once again this month too so I would 100% recommend anywhere but here.
