Asked for sausage and cheese asked for it toasted, wasn’t toasted, when got home sausage was ice cold in the middle had to microwave it (we only leave 5mins down the road) for 26$ for two small sandwiches you’d think you get what you want and not have to make or order something else for something not really edible

I always ask for curbside pickup that subway offers. Particularly from this location every single time m waiting inside my car for the staff to bring my food out, they’ll call me and ask me to come inside to pick up my food instead of requesting to do so if they’re short staffed. Customer service is poor and if you aren’t able to provide the service that you guys offer then it’s better to take it out from your website.

Very bad customer service. Ordered online for pick up and went after 5 minutes of the pick up time and got cold subs just like someone removed from the fridge. Went back to replace or reheat them and they straight refused us. Worst food experience ever from a popular food service business. Will never go back to this location.

Order 3 subs online from the app and made a pick up time for 3.30pm and picked up at 3.35pm. When we picked up we felt the subs are cold, just like it got removed from fridge at that time, we went home and had a bite and felt very cold and we went back to the store and asked them to reheat and they refused. And also we ordered them to be toasted and it wasn’t. Felt very disappointed with the customer service. And also what happened to the serving temperatures, we got a cold sub and we feel that it is not as per standards for the sub. Had subs since many years and this is the first time felt very disgusting about the brand. Will never go back to this store location again.

Went in during a busy lunch hour today and the lady who helped me was very friendly and efficient.
Ordered an assorted sub, and decided to try gluten free bun.As you can see it's awful. Super dry and falls completely apart as soon as you bite into it. Absolute trash, waste of $9
