Ordered a delivery order, and paid for a drink but never got a drink. Manager sent one incomplete email and hasn’t answered my email since. Not willing to give any further explanation as to why I was missing my drink and not willing to compensate.

Food is as to be expected, but customer service is severally lacking. It's painful to try and get the staff to make the sandwich the way you want. It feels like I'm inconveniencing them by ordering from their restaurant.

Subway is American owned. This location employes only Indian temporary foreign workers whiles canadian youth unemployment is at an all time high. In my humble opinion we should not support American owned businesses who employ only Indians.

Did an order through Uber eats. I bought 3 subs with extra cheese and some how all the subs came with no cheese. Even if you didn't have the kind I wanted, I would have been find with a substitute. Or at least call and ask. Zero customer service at this location.
