I have to write on here because I'm sure the chain would like to know how Gurjit and the other girls are treating customers. Every. Single. Time. I walk into this subway every girl is so cranky. They all roll eyes and have such a disrespectful tone. My work, Canadian Tire Financial, we have a bunch of girls with similar experiences. Today your giving a offer "buy one get one free footlongs." I was trying while working for 3 hours to get the app to work and order our big order for 4 family members. I walked in and said to the girl behind the counter "your apps not working, I've been trying for hours. I just wanted to let you know so that you guys are aware or can report it". Her answer was "everyone else's is working" Very condescending and she stopped helping the other customer and got receipts to show me, extremely rude. The girl behind me than stated her app wasn't working either and she wanted the deal. The worker rolled her eyes and I said could you honor it? She said absolutely not. I never write on these things but this subway is the worst subway of them all. They NEED training or customer service skills to be working this industry. I'm going to the one on niagara st from now on. I'm talking about the subway on prince Charles drive in welland ontario.

The assorted sub has bologna instead of ham. Ham is $1.16 extra. Worst possible sub establishment in Welland and possibly the entire Niagara region. Never eat there... Way too expensive for a bologna sandwich.I recommend nothing from this store, skip it completely.

Have gotten a few subs from here and all are kinda meh.... Not sure what is overly different but meh. Today however was terrible. Ordered a meatballer. No meatballs, so I got 3 minute microwaved tossed in sauce and put on bun... When topping sub the top of the salt container came off and douced my sub. The girl picked off what she could see but I knew it was going to be a salty mess to eat... Was not wrong. Would have been nice to make me a new one, or offer a discount. But no.

They always mess up your order even when you write clear instructions when ordering through the app. Apparently people can't read.

I ordered the green goddess because it had the avacado, after she made the sub she tell me that they don’t have avacado today, very disappointing and the way the sub was cut all the ingredients where falling apart

I sort of know what to expect. This location is hanging on by a thread. The cashier unleashed a belch while helping me. Thankfully it was an angry and thankless other girl making my sandwich. I would just buy your own ingredients at this point.

Went here almost 5-6 times and got the same answer that the griller is not working. Owner should take care of the business . This is how you loose valuable customers. I tried to avoid not doing any reviews but this is high time now almost 5-6 times and everytime same answer that griller is not working. Never returning here again.

Bought glutin free for my wife bun was not fresh was hard as a rock and the girls didn't know to much about stuff .asked for toasted buns on all 4 subs were cold oven didn't work ....Will not visit this sub shop again .

Prices keep going up but quality is still so bad... 15 bucks for the brisket sandwhich. Doesn't look anywhere near the picture. All that is good was the BBQ sauce. The rest was dry and not so fresh tasting

Used to be my favorite place not sure what happened to them, its a $15 flippin sandwhich could I possibly have more than 4 pieces of spinach? Utterly disappointed with the taste, quality and service. Do better.
