It can’t just be me, but every time I go in, the staff are always so mean! I understand it might not be a fun job, but you don’t have to be so short and cold…
Speaking of COLD! I politely mentioned the last time I ordered a meatball sub, she responded with “ya well it’s 7pm, you should expect it to be cold as we are getting ready to close”…excuse me what? Don’t you close at 10:30?

Dust fost

I’ve been buying subs here for YEARS. Suddenly in the last few weeks service has gone down hill.

Consistently COLD meatball subs, advised staff and they said “it’s the evening, we’re cleaning”

I visit FOUR hours before close, nothing should be cold,

Bread has been ROCK hard.

I would rate Zero stars if i could, arrived at 10 after 10 pm on my work lunch to get a sub, checked with Google the times they close, the sign on the door and Google said they close at 1030, they insisted they were closed, the hours on both the sign and google need to reflect that, ive lost valuable break time due to their laziness

The guy working behind the counter was sick, kept coughing and rubbing his nose while making the subs. He was rude and inadvertently got me sick. Will never go there again

At 935 pm went to go order from here light where on girl was at he cash but door locked and open sign was off I'm sure owners would love to know staff is closing 25 + mins early

Ordered dinner for four of us on the app. They accepted the order, charged my card and emailed when it was ready for pick up. When we arrived they were closed and no one has responded for my refund.

Absolutely some of the worst customer service I have had. First off there was no hello or can I take your order, just a stare down. Then only makes my son's and my sub and not my wife's. Just ignored that my wife was standing there and didn't even start making it until I said something. Even after a paid no have a good day or thank you. I definitely won't be supporting this subway again. I take great offense when my wife doesn't get acknowledged. I will be sending a message to the corporate office as well.

It was shortly before close when I went, and there was only 1 dude working and there was a line. Was about a half hour before I got to order. BUT that one dude was working his BUTT off to get through the line, and I was honestly impressed that it didn't take longer. He did good for being all aloney
