If I could I would give this restaurant 0 stars. Giving customers food that is pushing its expiration date and seem to be fine with that. There is no quality control or customer satisfaction at this location. Best advice to give anyone wanting to eat here, don't.

Ordered delivery. The pop was on top of the entire order and busted open all over the order. The driver got pop on my new wood porch and then tried to give me a soaked bag of food. Order sent back as they close soon. The previous review for this location was a 3 but down graded due to missing items. They seem to continually go downhill. Don't bother to call them as no one ever answers the phone.

We ordered two chicken sandwiches tonight and my mother’s was completely raw!! Of course she noticed after already taking a bite. Completely unacceptable and dangerous. Went to call and location is now closed and our dinner is ruined. I don’t know who is running this kitchen/restaurant but considering it’s mainly chicken we will never step foot near this place again!

I watch the person seating customers. Made a person in a wheelchair sit in a corner and did not care that their support person had to struggle to get then into a tiny spot.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking lot is very small.No signage for Swiss Chalet online pick up orders. Orders are picked up on the Harvey's side and you have to go up to the order placing staff member to give them your name and order number.
