I called around 5:30 before the big USA vs Canada 4 Nations game last night. It was loud and obviously busy but the woman who answered the phone didn’t rush me off the line when I began asking if they could accommodate Celiac Disease in anyway. I was just hoping my son could enjoy some fries with his root beer and to my shock, she began listing off multiple items that could be made in their GLUTEN FREE FRYER, along with pizza and burgers. She stated that one of the managers has a gluten dietary restriction and that they do their very best to avoid cross contact with gluten and keep customers with Celiac Disease safe. Considering there have been “fine dining” restaurants that I’ve been to that couldn’t be bothered to find a way to safely make any meal gf, this is an example of why one should not judge a book by its cover. Kudos to Tailgates for understanding the seriousness of CD and the server who double and triple checked with the kitchen that our son’s wings were going to be safe for him. Grateful that they are located in our own backyard for our son to eat wings with Dad and watch some hockey.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free wings, fries, nachos and a few other options. Dedicated fryer.

Claire was absolutely wonderful, great service and always asking how she can help. Food was just ok, guacamole was off and croutons on Ceasars salad were stale, I suspect they used old garlic bread. Tables in the back are very loose and could be considered a safety hazard.
Will probably go elsewhere in the future, but thank you for the pleasant service Claire 😊

Had a 50th birthday party for my husband. Tracey, Ryan, Steph, Steph and the rest of the staff were amazing! Food was delicious, atmosphere was great and everyone had a great time. Tracey was so helpful, professional, knowledgable and accommodating and she organized a great party for us! Would definitely recommend celebrating your special events at Tailgates! Thanks to everyone from Tailgates for making my husband’s 50th celebration so special and memorable!

Well, we drove from N Falls to Welland to try this outstanding pizza and wings. It was outstanding ! Pizza used cup & char pepperoni done to perfection and dough was fabulous. Chicken wings were huge and reminded us of Buffalo wings 20 years ago in Buffalo. No bruises on these wings A1 quality . They actual use butter and hot sauce for the type of wings we chose. Worth the drive and excellent price , staff was amazing .Ryan & Tracey got his down to a science . We'll be back

Took my mom for lunch and her chicken Caesar wrap was delicious and my pizza rolls were amazing. Our server was extremely pleasant and efficient. Great place for lunch. A pub type atmosphere and we were able to converse.

Ordered this today through uber and this Philly cheese sub was what we received! How can you send this out and honestly think this is ok? We paid good money for our food and received a completely burnt inedible item, I would've expected a lot more from your establishment. We won't ever be ordering or recommending your food. Would've given a zero for a star but google wouldn't allow it! Would love for the owner to be aware of what his cooks are sending out. Being a parent of 3 cooks I know this is not something acceptable in many kitchens and most employers would want a heads up.

Great bar in Welland especially if you are looking for Pizza and Wings and a place to watch the game. I would give the pizza from this place a 5 star all day long. Probably my favourite in Niagara and seems to always be consistent.
Beer is always cold - Entertainment is frequent - Party room with a pool table and great food.... what else can you ask for.

Ordered through Uber eats, pizza was undercooked , ordered 20 wings as well which were raw . We couldn’t eat them, wasted 70$ on some raw nasty food .
