Kids like the wings but every time we order there is a problem, either pizza is under cooked, overcooked, dough rolled out so half the pizza is thin the other half 1" thick. There wings are the same either they are burnt or they have so much rub on them you can't tell it's a wing. It is a shame because when it's good, it's great! Not ordering any more..

Went for dinner last night ordered pizza and wings for $49.99. Pizza arrived, without mushrooms on half as ordered, and was burnt on the bottom, waitress took it back to the kitchen and "manager" arrived at our table to explain that is the way their pizza is made (Bridgewater also has a pizza oven and has never served us a 'burnt' pizza) and perhaps we should order something else, not pleased but we did order more wings ( as they were alright). The table behind us then received their pizza and wings and later approached our table to say they think they received our returned pizza severely burnt and not happy but they had $15 removed from their bill and got a $15 voucher!We paid $64.00 for 40 wings ! And the "manager" came over to speak to us about speaking to the other customer. She was told to go leave our table as she had offered no solution only criticism of us. First and last visit to this establishment! Someone needs to tell the "manager" when you are happy with food and service you will tell 3 people when unhappy you tell 17!So, all this to say don't know if pizza was good, wings were not the best ( Rex and Vincent are way better), place isn't the cleanest, staff are friendly but that is of little value if food isn't and "manager: requires some serious training. In all, shame on you!!Your comments and corrections welcomed!

Went to see the band. I don't eat wings often but ordered garlic/parm. They were greasy and tasteless; the worst wings I've ever had. Waitresses are pleasant & really hussle; not enough of them. The place is filthy & falling apart. Only one working toilet for women and one for the men. It was packed with people. Never again...

I hadn't been here in quite a few years and decided to come back and give it another try. Unfortunately I think it'll be a long time before I come back again.Okay, so the food wasn't terrible and the service was friendly. I got there 5 minutes after when they said my food would be ready and it wasn't for another 25 minutes after that. I seriously could have walked over to red swan after I got there and had a pizza ready before this one was ready. We got two pizzas, a large with a couple of toppings, and a gluten-free with a couple of toppings. We also got 2 lb of wings. I was told the regular pizza was not bad. And the wings actually were pretty good. The gluten-free pizza was kind of blah and it had the wrong toppings on it when I got it home. And it was $100 just for that order. That is insane for the amount of food we got and especially for how long it took for that food to be ready. And I get that gluten-free pizza is usually cost a little bit more, but even the toppings even but even the toppings even but even though the gluten-free pizza was about the size of two slices of the large pizza, the toppings were still just as expensive. It makes no sense. That was a lot of money to spend for the wrong pizza!

Smells like spilt stale beer. Sticky tables. Ordered appetizers and the centers were FROZEN . Just felt dirty after I left , like I needed a shower .ugh ...waited an hour almost for a steak sandwich that was served on a hotdog bun . I won't be back even if someone else was paying . It's only redeeming quality was the server who did her best.
Had a lovely time here with Stephanie R as our server. She took the time to make sure she had our names and our orders right! Very good food and great deals on beer.
Great wings and nice staff. Great place to watch the Bills.

Pizza here has some of the best cup and char pepperoni in Niagara. Do try the Buffalo Chicken Pizza too. Poutines are great as well. Friendly staff and fast kitchen. Great prices. Patio available. Clean washrooms. Free WiFi. Lots of free parking. Bus stops nearby. Plenty of parking for e-vehicles too with Flo Charging stations too. No credit card surcharge. Music and TVs are way too loud.
