Can’t give it more than a two they’re never opened when I come by. I’m waiting in the parking lot right now. They’re supposed to be open 11 to 6 Six according to the door 11 to 8 according to the website and I did have cookies here before that’s another reason I got it too, but it’s my fourth time here in two weeks and they’re not open

Lisa is just amazing! We had the BEST scones (Chocolate glazed, Raspberry Lemon, Blueberry and Strawberry Lemonade) and Chocolate Chip S'mores cookies from the Market square in St Catharines, Ill make sure to see her as often as possible now and have told others too!

Got a peanut butter cupcake and chocolate chip cookie today, they were both very good. The atmosphere inside the shop is one of the nicest I've been in. Looking forward to going back again.

I tried some cookies I got them at a vendor event. most of them were pretty good. The ginger molasses are way too strong in flavor my mouth felt like it was on fire even after one bite. The peanut butter was disgusting I ate one piece and had to throw it out the flavour was just gross. However sugar cookie was very good, and the monster cookie with m and ms was very good. The lady working the event not sure if it was the owner or not seemed like they wanted to be elsewhere and not interact with customers almost looked annoyed to be at an event. I’m not sure what the atmosphere is at the actual bakery but I think this needs improvement you need to be engaging and at least look happy to talk to customers

Lisa is amazing!She made us a massive arch for our community event, the ballon’s lasted months!Every person I saw after the party commented on how amazing the cookies were that she baked for us!Amazing products!Excellent service!Great prices!

Worst possible service you can imagine. I ordered this cake march 13 with my daughter there. Did not respond at night when she texted me after her business hours as I was busy at my child's competition she messaged me the next morning making assumptions I was not getting the cake before her business even opened did nothing to fix it and when i asked why the giraffe was a girl she just said after everything has set she will remove the bow then says don't bother picking up her cake. So instead of an apology for making it a girl giraffe, messaging during non business hours, and messaging me first thing in the morning belittling me i am Very very disappointed. no professionalism. my daughters in tears.She posted it for free on her page please check out real reviews of Niagara to see the myltiple comments of peoples experience with this buisness.
