I recently visited The Brick Oven Pizza Company in Welland and tried the Pepperoni and the Prosciutto Arugula pizza — holy moly, they were absolutely incredible! The crust was perfectly baked, the toppings were fresh and full of flavour, and the balance of textures was spot on. I’m genuinely stunned by the quality and taste. You can tell there’s real passion and skill behind every bite. Definitely one of the best pizza experiences I’ve had — can’t wait to come back!
I stumbled across this place by accident and was seriously impressed! I’m a big fan of dill pickle pizza not everyone’s thing, but this one was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The combo of dill, ranch, maybe a touch of garlic, and thick-cut, super flavourful bacon was so good. We also tried the margherita pizza and it was packed with flavour, lots of fresh basil and the crust was perfectly thin and crispy from the wood oven. Loved that we could sit at the picnic tables...
I ordered the Margarita pizza and it was delicious! One of the best wood oven pizzas I have ever had. I liked that the pizza crust was thin and the toppings were very good. Loved the fresh basil.
