A positive experience at this Time Hortons location, mostly due to the attitude of the staff. It was obvious they take customer service and speed seriously and we're working hard to keep the drive thru and the in house service moving.
The breakfast sandwich was also tasty and I'm a big fan of the blueberry cheesecake timbits 😋
I visited this location for the first time today and I was surprised at how pleasant and polite the server was. I regret not getting her name, but she smiled throughout our interaction and I actually felt like a valued customer.

The NEVER following instructions. Every time I get a breakfast wrap, I asked for extra sauce and I get NO sauce WHATSOEVER. They try to make everything quick as possible, which then makes the order Wrong and not taste good. Same with coffees. Won’t be ordering from them anymore
