I just wanna say rice rd timmies is the best. It's like a family atmosphere. A huge shout out and very happy with one young gentleman named Connor. Not sure if there's more then one Connor on rice road , but he was very kind polite and respectful. Everyone there is just so nice !! Thanknyou Connor for the amazing customer service ..with a smile !!!

Not sure how they do it - staff here are QUICK and very cheerful in the busy mornings. Otherwise it's a pretty standard Tim Horton's experience but kudos to the staff for everything they bring to busy mornings!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. A young indian girl server, who appeared to be new, was attending to my wife when an employee, likely a manager named April, began shouting at her for no apparent reason. My wife made an error in her order, but the server handled it gracefully and corrected the mistake without charging us again. Unfortunately, April’s behavior towards the server was unprofessional and unwarranted, leaving both my wife and me feeling very uncomfortable.
This type of treatment is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any workplace. There are always more constructive ways to address issues. Until I see a change in this environment, I will not be returning.

Husband went to get 1 coffee 3 hashbrowns before getting served the two girls that were there started chatting away about there weekend while they're were costumers.... after he pointed it out they finaly came and told him there were only 2 hashbrowns left..... so he accepted the 2 and went to the waiti g area to get the food... but they kept giving other people hashbrowns when theres suppose to only have 2 left... then my husband had to ask if he was getting his hashbrown but they told him they had to make more ... he was already irritated with them but stayed and waited ... then 10min later someone scream " you can put the hashbrowns in " he waited in total 25 min for 1 coffee and 2 hashbrowns.... I don't know who switched the staff but this tim hortons has terrible service... not impressed at all

Had to use the washroom with my kids and got locked in the family washroom. I had to call the store to get let out. No one even came to apologize after when they obviously knew I was stuck.

This country called canada has been reduced to third world status. The soap to wash hands leaves a terrible after scent. The tissue is like razor. Horrible Horrible Horrible.
