For those who will say just dont go there, I only go because my mother has Alzhiemers and this is part of the routine she remembers. Why, are they always out of the regular cookies, but can always sell you one of their dream cookies for $2.50? Bit of a scam I think. I am here 5 days a week and 4 out of those times, they are either out of chocolate chunk or only have 1 left.
My daughter placed an order through the app and our first dasher kept bumping his time out from 10 mins until delivered to over 30 mins until delivery, showing his location in Pelham. After attempting, to contact driver who wasn’t answering phone or had voice mail, I went to Tim’s myself and picked up the order.Shift manager and staff were excellent in making sure the order was still okay and prepared to remake anything that wasn’t. I am going to write this review for one person named as LOVE. I saw her on the drive thru many times. I am impressed with her nature as she seems diligent with her work. I would say whenever I saw her, she always keep smiling. The most important and difficult part which I feel is working during winter on the window. Althought, food, services and atmosphere, awesome.
