Not sure how they do it - staff here are QUICK and very cheerful in the busy mornings. Otherwise it's a pretty standard Tim Horton's experience but kudos to the staff for everything they bring to busy mornings!
The two staff who took and delivered my ordered were so friendly! What a nice change. I love Tim Hortons in general but the last few years I feel like you can’t expect great customer service because employees simply don’t care. This morning was a nice much needed change. The lady taking drive through orders recommended I change my order to something I’d enjoy more (and I did) and the lady at the window greeted me with a smile on her face and nothing but joy. Awesome work!
