The white girl with glasses should not work any customer service job. Truly awful service. Genuinely makes no effort to even call you up to the register, she just stands there staring at you. You walk up and she doesn’t say anything. Go find a new job if this is your attitude towards people.
The owner will likely send an automatic reply for me to file a complaint on the Tim Hortons website instead of actually taking any accountability for their employees. She will likely never be reprimanded for her actions.

I always take an Oreo icecap from them but they all the time give such a bad coffe with no wape cream and Oreo bites and there is no taste which shows that it's an icecap from tim hortons also the staff is so dirty and bad.

This one in particular is so poorly run. I have complained multiple times, and nothing gets done about it. If they don't have something you ordered, they only tell you after you already paid for your order. Or they will have you waiting on the side for 15+ minutes until you yourself go up and say something, just for them to say they don't have an ingredient for your order, again, after you've already paid. Poor poor service and management.

Hit or miss with orders going smoothly.
Sometimes everything runs smoothly, other times they are out of stock with certain items.
They don't tell you if they are out of those items, so you wait in line expecting your food and/or drink. It's you who has to tell them that you ordered something, only for them to tell you that they don't have
the item you wanted.

Stopped at the small kiosk in the applied health building to get a drink. There was a young woman working there who is usually there in the mornings, greeted her and asked how she was doing, no response just continued to stare at her phone till I placed my order… great. Got my order and not even an “enjoy” or “have a good day.” I get people have bad days but this isn’t the first time this has happened.. I’ll stick to the cafeteria Tim’s for now.

Service is not a good and the person whose name is Sahil, his behaviour was so rude he didn’t listened our concern and tried to impose his point of view rudely.

Very rude behaviour by Saahil. He is not able to understand customer’s requirements. He just denied to provide me what I was looking for. My requirements fulfilled at different store and I came again to Saahil to explain him what I was looking for but even this time he was rude and not listening to me what I was asking for. Officials should teach him how to behave with customers and train him to make aware about operations. Extremely worst experience with Tim Hortons because of Saahil.

I usually give restaurants the benefit of the doubt working in one myself I understand what they go through but this was ridiculous. I place a mobile order at 9am for a sandwich and an iced Capp my iced Capp was ready but my sandwich wasn’t. That’s fine it was busy so I didn’t mind waiting it wasn’t until people who ordered after me started to get their food is when I got annoyed. After 20 minutes I finally had to say something to the girl and there was no apology or anything for the inconvenience. Should take a customer service course because that wasn’t acceptable

Service is usually okay. But I went to this tims to get an iced capp. There were 5 workers currently working at that time, and 1 customer ahead of me. It took them almost 10 minutes to get my order ready even though the person before me only ordered 2 things. 4 other customers were served before me (they ordered iced coffee/french vanilla). These 3 men working just kept looking at me (including the one who took my order) and were just standing there. Thank god this lady finally noticed that ive been standing there for awhile. She prepared my order and got it in less than 2 minutes. Very weird experience and it made me feel uncomfortable.

Theres a constant 6 people working behind the counter and it takes them over 20 mins to serve a single wrap. They stare at you and then have to be reminded of what you ordered. Also as theres over 25 people waiting they continue to take orders without fulfilling the previous orders first. the reviews are already so low im surprised the same people are still employed here. Do better.

I recently visited tim hortons Welland campus and ordered a mango star fruit sparkling drink without ice. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Initially, my drink was served with ice, even though I specifically requested it without. When I pointed this out, the staff removed the ice from the drink, but this left it completely flavorless. The drink tasted watered down and lacked the vibrant flavors I was expecting. This experience was quite frustrating, and I hope they can improve their service and attention to customer requests in the future.
