Do you like waiting in lines even though you're the only person in the line, you're gonna love this place. I swear the people that work here are Crack heads. Whoever's in charge of the drive through is only capable of taking one order at a time. So slow.

I would have liked it here, but the owner is to cheap to have adequate staffing. Front staff has to make everythinng alone. I have left 3 times waiting 10 mi utes for service. Dont leave me a reply saying to call you. All that is is damage control to make the illusion you'll care and fix it. You won't.

Went through drive through today. Got home with my order and got the wrong order given to me. Drove all the way back and asked for new order and was refused. Don't go to this location.

Staff demonstrate awareness and condescendary towards me, the male staff are disrespectful and will have a conversation with the person in front of you just to make you wait. The women that work there are decent I think the disrespectful male is named Donovan or something a short stubborn type. Who is a full time afternoon schedule person. Mornings are better for the staff tho there are many creepy old men at this location, no lie. I'll update the name next time I go, if I go back. This is the room Hortons beside the Royal Bank there's misleading pictures from other people.

The service is great the atmosphere is great but the price of the food is way too high especially the donuts ? so you sent back and you asked me elaborate so I usually get an extra large regular coffee 2/3 times a day and sometimes at night when I get my last coffee I feel like a donut or a croissant will all of a sudden I pay for my coffee and have two or three donuts and the price goes from $2:50 up to $9 sometimes it's just disheartening that's why I don't do it all the time

Me and my girlfriend come here alott usually drive thru. But today afternoon there was a line-up so she chose to go in. The afternoon supervisor has no sense of customer service. I don't know her name I think Becky (not sure). We thought she was supervisor because she was sending ppl on brk. My girlfriend just pointed out to the guy working on food that there was a line up so we chose to come in... And the lady who took the order(supervisor) said..." Yea we do not normally get 2 latte orders". No one talks like that to a customer on top of that she was loud and rude.. She took did the milk froth 3 times saying it's not getting hot. My girlfriend chose to ignore and not get into argument but when she came with the latte she asked if the one is with 3 sugar and the other with oat milk.. she gave an approving disgruntled look.In all honesty we come here quiet often with the same order. But this attitude is not at all accepted in customer service field.

I’d first like to start my review by asking, are there any ADULTS that are scheduled with the afternoon students?Secondly, because there seemed to be no management, it was an honest catastrophe in there. I used to work at Tim Hortons myself. I would never let customers watch me casually chat up my coworker while customers are waiting to be served in store. Not only that, your worker, Paul? I believe his name was, rounded up my order for a donation to Tims Camps without my consent and I didnt notice until after my card was tapped. No, I didn’t ask about it. By this point I had had enough waiting for as long as I did for my tea.The workers working today should never be scheduled together again. Where is the management????Wont be returning. Theives.
