Overall good experience but the worker who wears a rag(not sure if they are wearing a name tag or not) is always rude when I go in. Has a lot of attitude in her voice. Besides that all other workers seem nice, just specifically she gives awful customer service every time. Makes me not want to go back.

I was just at Tim Hortons this morning and forgot to ask for an extra cup with lid at the speaker and asked at the window instead, the lady slammed the cup down onto the counter which made me feel very disrespected and honestly I do not feel comfortable coming to this Tim Hortons again. Very rude to customers .

Apparently waiting at the wrong cash, they start helping others instead of asking us to come to the other one. The urinal wouldn't automatically or manually flush, smelled like rank urine in the bathroom because of this. The soap dispenser wasn't working, as it's missing a spring inside. This is why I never go to Timmies anymore...

Amazing Tim Hortons, best one in Welland. Always so friendly and very polite and warm greetings in the morning. Everyone is always so attentive and double checks that orders are accurate before handing them out the window. Speed of service is awesome and despite how large or small orders are everyone works as a team to get the order complete and out as fast as they can.
