Hire People who actually understand the items that are carried on the Menu. I shouldn't have to repeat a holiday itemand have it re made multiple times by multiple different workers before its right.

I’m never one to write reviews everrrrrrr, good or bad experience. but today this Tim’s was a nightmare, as someone that worked at McDonald’s for two years i understand the chaos and i’ll forever be patient when it comes to slow service and or workers having off days because I’ll never expect the minimum wage worker behind the counter to treat me like I’m there for a 5 star experience. But after waiting a good 10 minutes at the counter, the worker on his first ever training shift went out of his way to greet me even though he had no idea what he was doing, he pulled his trainer over to help him serve me and I extremely appreciated it and it really shows what kind of person he is. thank you Damien for doing your very best!

The service here has gone downhill significantly. 90% of the time I come here, my order is wrong. I order one item and they get it wrong. The only time I never have to worry about my order being wrong is when I come here during the midnight shift and Crystal is working. Time to start getting rid of the employees who can't hear or don't listen to the order. Enough is enough with this. It isn't just this Tim Hortons, but all of them. I can see why more and more people are no longer coming to any of these stores.

This location is horrible I order and when I pay for my order after drive half way and I check my order was missing wasn't complete however when I drove back and asked her what is missing she said you didn't not pay for it however the employee and her manager was very rude disrespectful and she wasn't care about it very racist as well not coming back and zero star do not recommended at all

I went and grabbed a medium steeped tea on my way to work, I asked for 2 milk and 1 sweetener, and instead of milk, they gave me cream. Sadly, this kind of thing happens all too often.

hey everyone I visited this tim horton today , there were mosquitoes and honey bees inside the donut display and another 4 or 5 bees in the store when i ask them they said these are natural we cant do anything the still making argument bees can bite anyone if they bite any child who will responsible thats very bad thing about this tim, you have to cover donut display with glass thats not the answer we can't do anything
