Niagara Helping Hands

Night Shift Workers did great service, i Went At this Location Last week and ordered 2 bagels and 3 iced caps, Waited For just 3-4 mins, which was totally fine in night Time, and I had Some issue With my tims mobile app, The staff member rv Helped me to fix my mobile App for payment, overall Good Experience, better than All other locations, Highly recommend go to this location

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever seen zero people in the store zero cars in the drive through at least 4 people working all looking at me wateing to order and everyone just keeps ignoring and they just keep chatting together

this is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been in. the service was aweful...walk ins ignored... people were rude .. snapped at customers. Bathrooms are a so bad you cannot use them .. thisbis a horrible place a d only thing worse are the people working there

I mean the service was ok, it's in a decent spot I guess. It's kinda more convenient, because it's between a gas station, a car wash and a main road. It's kind ove like a extra stop if you want something. It's not in a plaza or something like that, it's realy only sort of convenient. It doesn't have to be their, but it also should.

If I could give less than one star I would. I only go to this location due to convenience. But honestly, it’s not even worth it. They constantly get my order wrong. The wait times are insane. I started ordering on the app in hopes to get things quicker, but that just made everything so much worse. I regularly get a bagel with butter and cheese slices. And I order that through the drive-through. Never asked for extra and always get two slices. So now that I’m ordering on the app, I put extra expecting that I would get four slices. As ordering regularly for the drive-through gets me two. When I arrive to pick up my order, I noticed there’s only two slices and I let them know I paid for extra on the app and some very rude brunette employee states it says two slices and I try to explain that when I ordered through the drive-through and never asked for extra I always get two, but when I paid for extra in the app, I would expect to get more. She continued to say she didn’t care and that her employee did it correctly. And I was trying to explain I understand what she’s saying, but it’s not fair that when I order through the drive-through and do not pay extra I get two slices but when paying extra in the app, I should get more than two slices. She continued to be extremely rude with zero customer service. Berated me in the store. I finally had to walk away due to how rude she was.
