Wont be coming back. Just wasted a steeped tea with caramal and had floating white spots at the top of my tea, tasted like grinds when i was drinking it but no grinds to be seen. Very Very frustrating! I will start going to other tim hortons that are located in welland! Shame too since I lived around the corner from this specific tim hortons. Terrible.

90 Lincoln Street ,on a Saturday around 4pm.Came in to sit .Service was quick and accurate .As we were sitting down to have our drink and snack ,non of table were clean ,had spills on them and writing .Also floors were not clean.As for the staff ,they are talking among each other in their language loudly .This is Canada,English establishment .Quite annoying to hear them conversation in their language loudly.Also when going through drive through its hard understand them because they talk too fast and rush you when your not even done ordering.

Didn’t like the girl in drive thru, they barely had any donuts at all, and a dirty crowd hangs out out frontParking: Lots of spots, never a full parking lotKid-friendliness: It’s not necessarily kid proof, it’s a place for families to go and have coffee together

Absolute garbage of a Tim Hortons we were ignored for 5 minutes while they're more concerned about the drive-thru. There are five staff working they all looked at us and ignored us like we were in the wrong. I know you don't really care and the staff were extremely rude when we left and showed our concern about being ignored. Perhaps someone who owns this store should make routine visits. Absolutely disgusted with your staff members.If you're more concerned about your drive-thru then close the inside seating. You don't need five people for a drive-thru this is pathetic and it wasn't busy at all inside our e the drive through.

Placed an order @ 8:20 this morning and DoorDash has the nerve to say it was delivered when it was not and still isn't as of 9:52am of this review.Attempted to call to get my money refunded as I paid online, but no one picks up the phone.Terrible services both from THIS Tim Horton's and DoorDash

There wasn’t a huge lineup behind me. I don’t know why someone saw this and thought it was okay to serve. For an overpriced sandwich, you’d think they’d at least start over on a burnt bun. Not worth my time to drive
